Oumoshi is the slash ship between Kokichi Oma and Ryoma Hoshi from the Danganronpa fandom.

Ryoma thought Kokichi was very suspicious because of his talent and annoying behavior, as he once called Kokichi a "kid" and telling him to "cool his jets" when he wails for a while and how he thought Miu was very mean as well as calling him "noisy" and telling him to "cut it out" during chapter 1. In Chapter 2, the students were given motivational videos, like the other two games. Most of the other students were very surprised to see that Ryoma wanted to see his video, with the exception of Kokichi. Kokichi then agreed with Ryoma and defended him by telling them that Ryoma was just stating his opinion on the matter, and that he felt the same way as him.
Ryoma doesn’t like Kokichi's childish personality in the situation of the Killing School Semester. He is very annoyed that Kokichi is always making fun of and messing with the rest of their classmates. He used to think that Kokichi likes to provoke others to get angry and never actually says something that he means at heart. But after, Ryoma felt that Kokichi didn’t actually intend to survive in the game, and he could relate to that.
In the bonus event, the students tried to gamble. Kokichi was genuinely surprised and impressed that Ryoma had a good winning streak. When he was shouting loudly about how awesome and cool he was, he then asked him if there was some sort of trick to winning, with surprisingly made Ryoma smile. Even though he was impressed by Ryoma, he seemed to keep doing this just to mock Kaito on how bad he had lost.
Though Kokichi wasn’t actually there during the magic show, as according to what Gonta had said, he was very tired and exhausted, he came fast when Ryoma's body was found in the tank. He acted pretty normal and laid back during the investigation, and he didn’t seem to be too bothered by the fact that Ryoma had died. Though at one point, Kokichi tearfully asked about how this had happened to him. That had reminded the other students about how they had insisted the game wouldn’t continue, and he shouted at them to apologize to him. However, Korekiyo had soon pointed out that he was lying and he then immediately backed down as usual.

Though Kokichi and Ryoma are from the same game, the ship is considered a rare ship in the Danganronpa fandom. This is most likely due to Ryoma not being a very popular character in Danganronpa. This ship is most likely popular because of the fact that Kokichi and Ryoma are the two shortest boys in Danganronpa V3. Ryoma is 107cm and Kokichi is 156cm, a 49cm difference. Another reason this ship is popular is because Kokichi has a lying antagonist personality, and Ryoma has a depressed and hard boiled personality.
People dislike this ship and think that they wouldn’t get along well because Kokichi does not like boring people, and Ryoma is quite depressing, thinking of himself as an empty shell that is no longer in play. But opposing to that, there is the fact that Ryoma used to be king of the tennis court(before the incident). So with Kokichi as the Ultimate Supreme Leader, it is like they were both worshipped in different ways.
All lot of people ship these two because of Kokichi being the most popular student in V3, and Ryoma being the least popular student. They have opposite personalities that would fit in to each other.
Shinouma is not as common of a ship in the fandom. As a result, it has many rival ships more popular than it, including Saiouma, Tojoshi and Oumota.
