PDATax is the non-binary ship between PDA and Income Tax Return Document from the Battle for Dream Island fandom.
Canon[]
In "The Escape from Four", PDA, Income Tax, and the other TPOT debuters beg Two to join the game. Two's hesitant but ends up allowing only 1 to join. Neither of the two end up joining the game however, as Winner won the vote, and because the cast was unbalanced, Price Tag joined as well.
In "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?", Two announces that the two are out, as well as VSH and Salt Lamp. Two gives them ridiculous nicknames, by adding Y to their names. Which makes the names by "Taxy" and "PyDyAY". Two only did this to a select few of debuters, making this scene more comedic. As the two get sent into the hotel, ITRD tells Two that they'll make them pay. PDA adds that they won't even tell them how much. These two also didn't get their seperate reveals, as they got grouped up. Other debuters got their own reveals, except for these two, and a few others. During the elevator scene, the two of them are directly above eachother on different floors.
In "Plan: Dissolve Adhesive", PDA realizes that after Robot Flower's onslaught, that they didn't get glued. They get off of ITRD, who apparently couldn't breathe as he breathes in hard after they leave.
In "I SAID CAREFUL!!!", the failed debuters end up hosting the cake at stake. PDA and ITRD got to host during this segment. The two segments are opposites, though do have a joke that is similar to each other. PDA revealed the first safe on Team 2. ITRD however, revealed the last safe on Death P.A.C.T Yet Again. The two also have a joke where they stare into the camera. The context is different for both, but it's the same visual nonetheless.
In "Last One Standing", the two reluctantly agree to help Winner and Price Tag in the challenge. They walk out and get immediately bombarded by Liy in her flipped form. Both of them get killed by Liy back to back. Their deaths both involve their physical form being mangled, resulting in death. ITRD gets cut in half and PDA's screen gets shattered.

This ship is a rarepair in the fandom. During the start of TPOT, this ship was fairly popular when it came to the failed debuters. The ship came from their shared scene and joke, biting back at Two after they got eliminated. As time passed, this ship has sadly fallen into rarepair territory, as it's less common seeing people talk about it as TPOT 1 was the only interaction the two had with each other. People do ship them romantically, but their relationship does seem a lot more friendly than romantically in most iterations. Their rival ships are PDASpat, the ship between PDA and Rubber Spatula, and FireTax, the ship between ITRD and Firey.
On AO3, as of October 3, 2025, the ship has 6 works in its romantic tag. It is the most written ship for both PDA and Income Tax Return Document on the site.
