Paisolly is the het ship between Paisley and Olly from the Lego Friends fandom.
Canon[]
Paisley and Olly have known each other since they were babies and are neighbors who grew up together. They consider each other best friends and don’t shy away from showing that they care for each other. They even have their own treehouse connecting their neighboring houses together.
Season 1[]
Welcome Zac[]
In “Welcome Zac”, as Paisley and Liann were going to school together, Paisley says that Liann and Olly were the only friends she had at the time.
The Heart Of Heartlake[]
In “The Heart Of Heartlake”, Olly would be requested by Aliya to ask Paisley to borrow her CD player. He goes to the Annex building where Paisley is and hears a wonderful voice which he is astonished by, while blushes a bit. He discovers the voice is Paisley singing and Paisley felt embarrassed when he noticed her. He brings up that he hasn't heard her sing since they were kids and Paisley felt flattered. She asks what brings him there and he requests to borrow her old CD player, to which she obligates. He says he would love to stay, but he's gotta bring the CD player to Aliya ASAP and leaves the building.
With the help of Nova, they managed to retrieve the audio from the CD. However, it's mostly lost and Olly believes that the song is important to Paisley, before quickly correcting himself to Aliya. He returns to the Annex building to ask Paisley a favor to sing for him, but then correcting himself again to refer to the Annex. Paisley was hesitant, but Olly then shows that the song belonged to her late mother and she begins to cry. Olly has the idea to let her sing without anyone knowing it's her and only records her voice. She agrees to sing with the rest of the Annex building residence and Olly helping her. During Aliya's school proposal, Paisley and Olly were standing next to each other in the crowd watching her presentation. Afterwards, Olly asks how Paisley felt and she replies she felt really great while her eyes tear up. Olly would also cry a bit and asking Paisley if he could hug her, to which she gladly accepts and embraces. Nova asks Olly how he was able to recover the audio. Olly just answers that he found another copy he and Paisley glance at each other.
Come Together[]
In “Come Together”, Paisley and Olly would be awaiting for the band Caterpillar Chaos to come to Heartlake City to perform at the Community Center’s grand opening. However, Olly would get the message that the band’s arrival is cancelled and the two get upset. Paisley begins to play her guitar and Olly suggests for her to play instead. But Paisley kindly declines as they both know that she would freeze up if she were to perform. Instead, Paisley would suggest a singing audition to see who gets to perform, with her and Olly being the judges. However, after all the auditions they had no luck finding someone to perform. Suddenly, Olly has the idea to create a new identity for Paisley when she sings after taking inspiration from a group of auditioners. He styles a new outfit for her and calls her alter-ego “Ley-La”. At the grand opening, Paisley under the Ley-La identity would be hesitant at first, but Olly gestures to encourage her to start singing. She performs “Wildfire” and crowd celebrate and cheer to her music. After the performance, Paisley switches back to herself. Their friends would come to praise how amazing Ley-La was and wonders where she went. Paisley and Olly try their best to hide the secret from their friends.
Season 2[]
Farm Fest[]
In “Farm Fest”, it goes back to the time after Ley-la just performed “Wildfire”. Back stage, Olly calls Ley-la performance brilliant and she was flattered by his appreciation. She hopes nobody in the crowd recognize and Olly assures her they aren’t gonna. He orders her to change immediately as their friends will be back soon. When their friends asked where Ley-La went, Olly covers Paisley to keep her alter-ego a secret.
Jumping back to the present, Ley-La was promised to be performing at Autumn’s Farm Fest and Olly was asked to communicate with Ley-La to get her to perform. While preparing, Paisley is still nervous to perform. Olly asks how she felt as this is her second live performance as Ley-La and she replied that she felt excited. Olly was happy that she was enjoying it and asks again if she liked performing. Paisley says she always liked singing, but performing in front of other people was the problem. She was just happy to be able to support Autumn. Olly gets excited as this was just the beginning of Ley-La. Paisley reacts to him saying this with a nervous look on her face. Autumn would then come over backstage and Paisley hides while Olly talks to Autumn. After Autumn left, both of them let out a sigh of relief. Olly would then get up to welcome Ley-La on to the stage.
Zac’s Job Hunt[]
In “Zac’s Job Hunt”, Olly and Paisley alongside their friends would go on a trip to the new Adventure Camp that has been recently been opened. Paisley was delighted that their friends are enjoying Ley-La’s music. Olly is excited as he applied Ley-La to play at bigger music venues, but Paisley has a worried expression on her face when she hears this. A squirrel would throw an acorn on Olly’s head and Paisley giggles a little.
At the Adventure Camp, Olly would attempt zip lining. Paisley tries to talk about him about performing at bigger venues earlier, but Olly assumes she was excited to perform as well as much as he is. He suddenly trips and slides down the zip line really fast and Paisley gets caught by surprise. Later that evening, Olly and Paisley would run away together to sit by by a campfire together. It reminded Olly back when they were little. He brings up the topic about Ley-La and that he was gonna design brand new clothes for Paisley to perform with. Paisley just awkwardly smiles to make it seem like she agrees with him.
Ley-La, Rise Of A Music Star[]
In “Ley-La, Rise Of A Music Star”, Olly would scream down the building in excitement and gives the news to Paisley that she, or rather, Ley-La got into one of the biggest festivals called the Heartlake Street Party. Paisley nervously smiles to hear this news. Olly then begins to feel hesitant and wonders if he really deserves to be Ley-La’s costume designer. Paisley tells him that maybe the pressure might be too much for both of them. But Olly would quickly brush that feeling away, feeling determined to not miss this big opportunity for both of them and Paisley just groans in exhaustion.
At school, Olly geeks out about the fact Ley-La is gonna be performing at the festival, but Paisley reminds him to quiet down as she wants to keep it a secret. He asks her about a new song and that he wants it to lean in more into the pop and electric genres rather than the usual folk songs she makes. He also wants a dance routine to be included, but Paisley hesitates on it as she is not a dancer. He says that she may not dance, but Ley-La is, and she would give in. Olly then brings up that Ley-La’s costume going viral on social media, which he feels happy but also disappointed as no one knows he designs them. Paisley encourages him to take credit for them as he was the one that discovered Ley-La. He thanks Paisley and goes off to post about it on his social media. Later, Zac would advise Paisley to talk to Olly about the whole Ley-La thing, but she tells him she can’t get the guts to do so as this is a dream come true to him and worries if she says anything it’ll break his heart. Zac would eventually give her the push she needs to confront Olly.
An exhausted Paisley would go in the sewing room and let’s Olly know that she’s been practicing the dance moves. Olly tells her after he posted about being Ley-La’s costume designer, he’s been blowing up and he’s felt really happy to be complimented. Paisley is happy for him for the praise he’s been receiving. Olly then says he feels stressed out with all the pressure of people expecting his next fit for Ley-La and Paisley mutters that Ley-La has been stressing her out too. Olly then invites Paisley to the thrift store to find some materials, but Paisley worries that people might get suspicious seeing them together and that she can’t just disappear from them. Olly asks why Paisley wouldn’t want to be Ley-La and Paisley was gonna admit about wanting to drop Ley-La to him, but Olly gets interrupted by a notification on his phone. He notices that he got distracted and wants Paisley to repeat what she wanted to chat, but Paisley pedals back and tells him that Ley-La can dance. Olly was really happy to hear this and gives Paisley a hug before storming off the room in excitement. Later, Olly would enter the dance room to get measurements for Paisley, but gets suspicious for her strange behavior lately. Paisley claims she’s just been waiting to surprise him with the dance moves she’s been practicing. Zac who’s hiding being in the room suddenly sneezes and Paisley covers for him by pretending to sneeze so Olly doesn’t get even more suspicious. Paisley says she needs some tissues and she holds Olly’s hand to drag him out of the room.
That afternoon, Olly would retrieve a box full materials and he would be interviewed by someone who claims to be a news reporter who is totally not Liann, to be asked questions about Ley-La. The first question has him answering saying he’s known her his whole life, but quickly changes the response to claim that he’s only met her twice and just feels like he’s known her for that long, cause they happen to like the same things. He was asked what are things he can share about Ley-La and he shares that she’s shy probably due to a recent loss, loves pizza, and she has amazing eyes blue, as perfect as a blue lagoon. Back in Paisley’s home, she feels uneasy to do all this dancing as does not want to let Olly and her fans down. Olly would the enter her room and Paisley tries to hide Zac from him. But he would get spotted by Olly and Paisley admits she can’t do the dance routine alone. Olly tells her that she isn’t alone as they are in this together. That night, backstage when Ley-La is getting ready, Olly and Ley-La both give encouragements each other. She assures him the crowd will like the new outfit he designed and he says her fans will like her performance on stage. Olly gives Ley-La a hug and thanks her. Olly and Zac would be beside the stage watching Ley-La perform.
Friends Fright Challenge[]
In “Friends Fright Challenge”, Paisley and Olly wound help their friends decorate for Fright Fest at the Community Center. Olly fills the buckets with candy while Paisley plays spooky piano music. Suddenly the buildings lights were turned off and scary music starts playing from the speakers making everyone in the building panic. Paisley and Olly would bump into each other and get scared running away in fear. When everyone calms down, Paisley cries she wants to go home and Olly comforts her. They were also seen to be holding each others hands when everyone gets startled by Nova suddenly appearing.
Olly’s Quest For Fame[]
In “Olly’s Quest For Fame”, Olly would call Paisley to inform her that he's gonna be selling Ley-La merch so he can have the money to create a more flashy couture. Paisley falls her on her bed with a tired look on her face. Paisley goes to Olly’s house with Zac to confront Olly that she doesn't want any merch, but Olly tells them that he’s got bigger plans for Ley-la such as considering a meet and greet for her fans, which Paisley doesn't seem to be happy about at all due to her anxiety. He wants Paisley to help with the merch, but Zac was able to send Paisley away by lying that she’s got guitar lessons so she get away from doing so. At the end of the day after selling all the Ley-La merch, Zac and Aliya would each confront Olly about considering how Paisley feels with being under a lot of pressure due to his demands. He would get annoyed that they kept only focusing on Paisley’s feelings and thinking they are ignoring his, cause he also has been feeling under a lot of pressure from internet trolls.
Secret Crush[]
In “Secret Crush”, Olly gets excited that Ley-La got accepted to compete in the Battle of the Stars. He would send a voice message to Paisley requests her to be at his house in the afternoon so he can tell her about the exciting news. On Paisley’s end, she groans as she's tired of Olly’s news and tells Zac that she's been avoiding Olly more often due to this. Zac advises Paisley to tell Olly how she feels. Paisley gets terrified when she spots Olly searching for her at school and hides away from him. She thinks it'll be impossible to convince him to stop.
At the diner, Paisley is talking with Aliya and Liann. Liann asks if the she and Olly are fighting and Paisley replies with a kinda. Aliya would receive a rather loud voice message from Olly screaming that he wants Paisley for her dress fitting for her Ley-La outfit. Now that Paisley finds out that some of her friends know she’s Ley-La, she explains everything from the start, when it was Olly that originally came up with the idea and she thought it was gonna be a one-off thing so she can get over her stage fright. Then she noticed that Olly has changed drastically, being obsessed with fame and fortune and that her songs and costumes have to reflect his vision, none of which feels like truly her thing. Every time she tries to talk to Olly, his plans would get bigger and bigger spinning out of control and overstepping her boundaries, but she doesn't want to break his dreams. Liann says that Paisley should definitely tell him how she feels as the she and Olly are best friends and that he'll understand. Olly would enter in the diner searching for her. Paisley gets scared and hides away from him again. Olly would ask Aliya and Liann where she went and Olly says he feels like Paisley has been avoiding him lately.
The next day, Paisley and Zac would make a pact to agree how it went when they tell the other person how they truly feel, to Olly and Sky respectively. Paisley texts Olly to meet her in their old treehouse tomorrow afternoon and Olly sends her a voice message saying he wouldn't miss it. The day, Paisley waits for Olly in their treehouse. She looks at their photos that are hanged up on the walls and she says she hopes she doesn't lose him. Olly is seen to be excitedly running towards the treehouse, but he would get interrupted by a phone call. The person on the other end needs Olly now as he hesitantly back away from the treehouse and says he wasn't doing anything important. He leaves Paisley in the treehouse all by herself with her pet bunny as she still awaits for him.
Music "Battle Of The Stars"[]
In “Music “Battle of the Stars””, the next morning, Paisley finds that Olly still didn't show up and didn't even text her back. Paisley truly believes that their friendship is over now. Meanwhile, Olly is excited for what he thinks is his best Ley-La outfit yet. Nova asks if he's told Ley-La about the concert and he shakes his head nervously. The concert is tonight and Olly says he's been very busy lately to tell her.
At the Community Center, Paisley takes a deep breathe before entering the sewing room. She enters and Olly is really happy to see her as he spins them around the room together. Her new outfit is ready and he thinks she's going to love it. Paisley confronts Olly about not showing at the treehouse as she waited all night for him. But he tells her to forget about it as she's gonna be at the Battle of the Stars, which he is determined she'll win it, go on tour, and he'll become famous. Paisley was taken back by this as he never told her about it. Olly corrects himself to they’ll both be famous, but Paisley is actually upset that he didn't tell her that she'll be performing that night. Olly remembers that he forgot to tell her and nervously chuckles. Paisley begins to panic, while Olly celebrates that they get to be apart of a once in a life time opportunity. Olly shows her the new costume he made and says that it includes a special surprise. He tells her not to worry as he didn't tell Nova about her secret, when Paisley is actually frustrated about the fact she couldn't get the chance to talk to him about the sudden changes such as the new style of songs and dancing. Olly realizes this, he feels ashamed and wants to fix things. He apologizes to her and she was super happy to hear this. But it turns out Olly was talking about the stitching on the clothing and Paisley just walks off the room shutting the door loudly.
During the Battle of the Stars, Paisley is in the dressing room while the other performers go up on stage. Paisley starts to question why does Olly gets to decide who she is, when she should be the one deciding who she is herself and loudly declares that she's done being Ley-La. Olly walks in saying she's not done as she's not even gotten ready yet. Paisley gets angry and demands Olly for a talk, but he doesn't listen, so she calls his name multiple times until he acknowledges her. Paisley says that Olly hasn't been listening to her and Olly tells her that there will be plenty of time for her to become his perfect Ley-La. Paisley stands up for herself, telling him she doesn't want to become his perfect Ley-La and that all of this has been never be about her, it's always been about him. He shouts that it's always been about her, calling her with the name Ley-La instead of Paisley. Paisley is shocked to hear this and Olly realizes that, quickly correcting himself to her name. Paisley calls him out that he’s has been blind to her and that he doesn't even see her as her true self anymore. He asks if they can talk about this after the concert, but Paisley states that she officially quits. She was about to walk out of the room, before she was stopped by Andrea. Seeing their moment made Olly realize his actions towards Paisley and feels guilty. Andrea says she can't wait for Paisley to perform, but corrects herself to Ley-La to perform. Olly and Paisley were terrified to find out that everyone have found out that Paisley is Ley-La on social media. Olly tells her that she doesn't have to perform if she doesn't want to and that he'll take care of everything.
Olly goes on stage and he gives a brief speech about Ley-La, that he's let Ley-La down and have forgotten who she truly was on the inside. Suddenly the lights turn dim and Ley-La appears. Olly was amazed she is still willing to be on stage. Ley-La thanks Olly on stage and they both smile at each other before she performs. As Paisley performs, Olly watches from the crowd with tears of joy in his eyes. After the performance, Paisley applauds Olly from the stage, referring to him as her best friend and her amazing costume designer. Back in the dressing room, Paisley would finally step down as Ley-La, while Olly would be asked by Andrea to create costumes for her. They all laugh and the episode ends.
Friends Reunite[]
In “Friends Reunite”, while not in the episode, Autumn mentions that Zac and Aliya had managed to get tickets for a concert of a band Paisley and Olly are obsessed with and they had to go out.
Holiday Gift Swap Disaster[]
In “Holiday Gift Wrap Disaster”, Olly, Paisley, and Zac would wonder to find a way to replace the gifts for the gift swap cause the original gifts went missing. Paisley suggests since Olly likes to up cycle clothing for the costume he makes, she suggests he should make the gifts for everyone. Olly think it's a good idea and begins to work on ideas. He ends up coming up with a jewelry box, a piggy bank, and a baseball camp made from repurposed scraps. The three would begin to work making them and they were really happy to work on them together. Olly says that compared to the other stuff he's worked on that year, making one hundred gifts felt relaxing. Zac and Paisley let out a huge sigh as they get reminded the Ley-La costumes. Paisley thinks the whole thing was pretty stressful for her the most and Olly apologizes to her, still felt guilty for what he did. She says it's alright as they both learned a lot from the experience and became better friends. Olly thanks her while blushing a bit.
Later on the in the afternoon, Zac and Paisley already get exhausted from the work they all had to do. Olly wakes them up and tries to motivate them by singing. Paisley asks him to stop singing as they’re both fully awake now. He knows that they're tired, but he wants them to continue to keep going. Paisley was gonna state something, but Olly cuts off her sentence as he doesn't wanna hear any complains. Paisley and Zac let out a sigh of exhaustion and continues to work. After a whole day of gift making, they would finally finish it on time and they're all really tired. They would wrap and bring the gifts to the school with the help of Nova, Liann, and Candi.
Season 3[]
Rescue That Piano[]
In “Rescue That Piano!”, the Community Center’s piano would break down, meaning it can’t be used by Paisley’s student to do the piano recital that night. Paisley, with the help of Zac, would reach out to their friends to search for a new piano. Olly calls her and Zac to say that he’s going to visit Andrea’s mansion. Paisley asks him if he’s read Zac’s message and he says he’ll ask Andrea about their request. Paisley thanks him before ending the call. Paisley, Zac, and Olly would come over to Andrea’s mansion to pick up the piano she lends them. Paisley thanks Olly and hugs him for his help. Olly let’s Paisley and Zac do the work to get it back to the Community Center. But after Paisley and Zac asks Olly to help them by giving him puppy dog eyes and Paisley asking with a please, he finally agrees to help them. They would push the piano out of the mansion into the city, where shenanigans ensue. Olly first would make them drop the piano due to him getting a call and Paisley gets upset at him wanting him to not ignore his phone. Despite their trouble, the three of them would manage to get the piano there on time for the rehearsal. After the performance, Andrea would wonder where they went off to while she was preparing the van to carry the piano and that's why she’s been calling Olly on the phone. Olly would get blame Paisley and Zac as he was told to not pick up the phone, but then all of them would laugh it off by the end of the episode.

Fanon[]
Paisolly is a pretty popular ship, but it has mixed reception from the fandom. Initially during Season 1, when the show dropped hints of Olly liking Paisley, some fans began to ship the pairing due to the fact they're known to be close childhood best friends and that Olly deeply cared about Paisley. However, when Season 2 was released and the Ley-La arc began, Olly pushing expectations on to Paisley to do something she didn't really want to do and ignoring her feelings, fans of the pair began to drift away from the ship as it was viewed as rocky with the way he treated Paisley. Some even felt upset at the change Olly went through during Season 2, going from someone who doesn’t overstep Paisley’s boundaries and showing he cares for her, to ignoring her feelings for his own benefit for fame and fortune. Fans hoped after Season 2, Olly would properly apologize to Paisley for the way he treated her.
Currently, there still remains some shippers of the pair, while there are also some fans who dislike it. There are currently only 3 fanfics of the pair, all of which are written under the platonic tag. There are a few fanarts of them on Tumblr and several edits on TikTok, with romantic ones being posted before Season 2 was released. Paisolly is among one of the most popular ships in LEGO Friends: The Next Chapter, along with SmoothieBike, Liannova and Paizac.

- In the show, the treehouse itself is themed around their friendship. It has several photos of Olly and Paisley growing up together throughout the years. The treehouse also has a heart punctured with a Cupid's arrow carved into it’s walls next to the photos, as seen in the episodes "Secret Crush" and "Music, Battle of the Stars".
