Paranormal Twins is the family ship between Yoichi Shigaraki and All For One from the My Hero Academia fandom.
Canon[]
Yoichi and All For One were twin brothers, the former being the younger while the latter was the older. They were born from a prostitute mother who had passed away after giving birth to them. All For One was evidently the stronger and bigger baby as he had stole all the nutrients in womb, leaving Yoichi to be more smaller and weaker, which made All For One be the provider for both of them.
All For One from the beginning had been cruel and selfish, he had believed that the entire world belonged to him, including his own brother. Yoichi on the other hand was the complete opposite, he was kind and virtuous, seen as how he had attempted to stop his older brother from his murder spree which in turn the older brother had kicked him away.
Growing up, they had lived in the slums with only each other as company. Yoichi soon discovers a comic book series which became something both brothers had bonded over. Yoichi had secretly hoped that maybe All For One would change his cruel ways, but unfortunately it did not, as the comic they both read ended up inspiring All For One to become a villain just like in the story. All For One wanted Yoichi to join him by his side, but Yoichi defied this, because he knows All For One just sees people as playthings and manipulates them for his benefit; throws them away once they become meaningless to him. But despite how 'useless' his brother was to him, All For One still 'loved' him. So he locked his brother up in a vault, as he thought he'd change his mind about joining forces, but this made Yoichi resist him even more, going as far to go on a hunger strike. All For One decided to force a quirk on him, thinking this would eventually make him submit to him.
Later on, Yoichi was saved by Kudo which had greatly angered All For One. In his mind, its like a man was taking his prized possession from him. When All For One eventually found his brother again two months later, All For One goes into a rage when he saw Yoichi running away while holding hands with Kudo, which made the older brother murder him. Time passes, All For One was holding Yoichi's severed hand as he contemplates on what happened to his quirk since it had disappeared from his body. Remembering a conversation he had with him, All For One concluded that a bit of Yoichi still exists in the world, as his quirk was passed on to someone else.
This starts the centuries long chase for One For All, where at first it seemed like he wanted the power of it but in reality All For One just wanted his brother back in possession. A notable part during this was where he catches Kudo, its shown that All For One had tears in his eyes as they talk about Yoichi's death. It is however unsure wether or not All For One was crying for real.

A lot of the fans of the show think the relationship between the brothers was disturbing, with how All For One had an extreme obsession over his brother, most saying that he had a brother complex. Which is evident due to how Tomura Shigaraki, a child All For One groomed, had a striking resemblance to Yoichi. Also how the entire reason he's been hunting One For All down was just to get him back.

- All For One was the one who named him Yoichi, it contains the characters "bestow" (与 yo) and "one" (一 ichi), as he was his first ever possession.
