Pekomiki is the femslash ship between Peko Pekoyama and Mikan Tsumiki from the Danganronpa fandom.
Canon[]
Mikan and Peko are both members of Class 77-B of Hope's Peak Academy, and are both turned into Ultimate Despairs by Junko Enoshima. When they are captured by the Future Foundation, both are put into the Neo-World program. Mikan and Peko both die in the simulation, each of them executed for a murder they committed. However, they are both revived after the end of the Killing School Trip and work with the rest of their classmates to help save the world from despair. Mikan and Peko have almost no interactions in Super Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, and much of their shared screentime exists in the Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School anime.
In episode 2 of Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School: Despair Arc, Hiyoko Saionji slips an aphrodisiac into a stew the class will be sharing. Peko tries to help Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu to stop Kazuichi Soda from approaching Sonia Nevermind. Mikan, however, grabs onto Peko. She seductively rubs Peko's back, and then asks to "play" with her sword. Mikan asks for "just the tip", because the rest would be "too much". She is seen pressing her knee between Peko's leg, before it cuts away to the rest of the class. In episode 9, after Peko is defeated by Mukuro Ikusaba, Mikan carries her back to the school. In the opening of the anime, Mikan and Peko share a title card with Fuyuhiko and Teruteru Hanamura.
In the non-canonical Danganronpa S: Ultimate Summer Camp, if you decide to play through Mikan's events, you can speak with Peko a couple times. One of those times being at the campfire event, where you can choose to sit with Peko. If you do, Mikan starts talking about the others having fun. After realizing she may had said too much, she starts to apologize. Peko responds by saying it's alright, and she's in a state of peace when Mikan starts to talk like that. Afterwards, Peko says they should talk more, because she wants Mikan to hear more about how she feels. Mikan replies with saying she's quite happy with how things worked out, and they eat together. The two share a couple group interactions together as well. In one, Mikan, Peko, Kazuichi, Sonia, and Gundham Tanaka are on the beach together, cutting watermelons. Mikan and Peko do not share any direct dialogue with one another. In a second event, Chiaki invites a number of her classmates to play a video game on the movie theater screen. Peko and Mikan are two of those students, and they are seen playing together with Hiyoko. They do not share any interactions in Ultimate Talent Development Plan.
Fanon[]
The ship sailed mainly as a result of the aphrodisiac scene in Danganronpa 3. They're also liked for being an example of an opposites attract duo, with Peko being rather defensive, and Mikan coming off as sensitive. The ship is mainly rivaled by Bandaid for Mikan, and Kuzupeko, and Pekobuki for Peko. Pekomiki currently has over 50 works on AO3.
