Peri & Timmy is the family ship between Peri Fairywinkle-Cosma (Poof) and Timmy Turner from The Fairly OddParents! fandom.

Canon

Peri and Timmy were godbrothers. Timmy and Peri both love and care for each other very much and this resulted in them becoming very close friends. They're both irresponsible, as seen in Micecapades when Poof wished Vicky and Timmy to Sleazy and Cheezy respectively after Wanda prohibited them and Cosmo from TV. In "Fairly Odd Baby", Timmy wishes that Cosmo and Wanda would have him, since they always wanted one and it wasn't against Da Rules at the time. Timmy eagerly waited out Cosmo's pregnancy, despite the various downsides to it. After he was born, he was immediately targeted by fairies and anti-fairies alike, since fairy babies holds all types of uncontrollable power. Eventually, Peri and Timmy make it back to Dimmsdale, where they bond a bit while everything was normal. Later, Timmy is tricked into giving Peri to "Jorgen", who turns out to be Anti-Cosmo and Head Pixie in disguise, and they escape with Peri. Timmy, alongside Cosmo, Wanda and Jorgen, go to rescue Peri. Affer the long rescue, Peri is taken back to Timmy's house, where Timmy suggests to name him Poof, as he says it often, and figures out that Peri is a boy, as he loves water squirters.

As of The Fairly OddParents: A New Wish, following the Channel Chasers continuity, both are grown up, and Timmy, no longer being a godchild, has since been wiped of his memory of Peri, as well as his fairy godparents. However, Peri still remembers him.

Moments

• In "Mission Responsible", Cosmo and Wanda are worn out from taking care of Peri, so Timmy volunteers to take care of him and give them the day off. Although hesitant, they agree and leave to have dinner in Fairy World. Although Timmy claimed the task wouldn't be a problem, it would later proven otherwise. Timmy irresponsibly leaving the window open resulted in Peri escaping the house.
• In "Sooper Poof",
  • When Timmy is teaching Poof how to shapeshift, Poof is getting everything mixed up, and isn't doing it right. When Timmy tells Poof to shapeshift into a tree, he turns into a bee, which Timmy says is okay because it sounds like tree.
  • He tells Poof to turn into a bird, but Poof turns into a rocket and blasts away. Wanda is worried, and Timmy says it's close because birds and rockets both fly and have wings.
• In "Poof's Playdate", Timmy wishes for Jorgen Von Strangle along with other fairies to turn into babies so that they can play with Poof.
• In "Fly Boy", Timmy and Poof want to watch a horror movie called, "I Was a Teenage Blowfly", but are forbidden by their parents to watch the movie. Therefore, Timmy wishes he was a fly so they could sneakily watch the movie.
• In "He Poofs He Scores", Timmy is trying out for the local soccer team, the Victims, which is coached by Mr. Turner, who wants to beat Dinkleberg's team, The Dinkle Ducks. However, Timmy costs his team the game and his father benches him. While eating his breakfast, Timmy accidentally swallows Poof who enters Timmy's brain and uses magic to enhance Timmy's skills, turning him into an all-star soccer player.
• In "School of Crock", Poof, after developing his voice, tells Timmy that he loves him, but also to be rid of his pink hat.

Fanon

Peri and Timmy are commonly seen as brothers and best friends, as they are portrayed canonically. Their dynamic within the series, despite not given that many moments together, are loved by fans. Various artworks depict Peri and Timmy, both as adults, still seeing each other, whether Timmy retains his memories or not.

Romatically

Peri and Timmy are also shipped romantically, usually referred to as TimPeri in the case. This form of the pairing is somewhat popular, with some fanarts of the ship existing on Tumblr, as well as some romance-based works on AO3. A user on Tumblr by the name "timperi_fan" is highly affiliated with the pairing.
