Pharmercy is the femslash ship between Pharah and Mercy from the Overwatch fandom.
Canon
Angela joined Overwatch at a young age and became the head of medical research. She discovered new uses for nano-biology and how to use it to heal injuries and illness. She developed the Valkyrie suit, so that she could use the tech on the battlefield, taking the call name "Mercy" when she did. After Overwatch was disbanded, Mercy continued to use her tech to heal others.
Fareeha Amari dreamed of following in her mother’s footsteps, and join Overwatch. She joined the Egyptian armed forces and rose through the ranks. Her record made her eligible to join Overwatch, but the group was disbanded before she had the opportunity. She left the army and was offered a spot at Helix Security International. She accepted and was trained in the Raptora Mark VI. She took the call name “Pharah” and still wants to make a difference on the global scale like Overwatch.
Mercy was part of the original Overwatch team alongside Pharah's mother Ana. A picture of the original Overwatch team shows a young Pharah with the team. Meaning that the two knew each other at the time.[1]
Game-play
The ship name was created after many players would use the two as a combo move. Mercy fly up and heal or boost Pharah who would then have more powerful attacks. The boost also keeps Pharah in the air for longer. Instead of referring to them as "Pharah and Mercy", players would call them "Pharmercy" as shorthand.

Fan art and fan-fiction of this pair show the contrast between their professional and personal lives. The two clearly take their jobs very seriously, and fan works will show how they spend their off time together with them taking comfort in one another.
Some fan-fiction writers will also write the pair as one part of a Mercy love triangle against Gency. Some writers will have her end up with both. While Genji and Mercy are more in the forefront for more mainstream audiences, Pharmercy is more popular in transformative fandom.
