Milo – “Hey, could you guys use a blowtorch and some peanut butter?”

Philo is the slash ship between Phineas Flynn from Phineas and Ferb and Milo Murphy from Milo Murphy's Law.

Canon

In the crossover episode, "The Phineas and Ferb Effect", Phineas saved Milo from being attacked by an army of Pistachions, scooping him up in his tennis machine.

After a quick introduction, the machine broke down, much to Phineas' surprise, thanks to Milo Murphy's Law. Milo apologized for it but Phineas thought Milo had nothing to do with it until Milo explained what Murphy's Law was. Phineas and Ferb later took Milo back to an old abandoned warehouse to work on an invention that could save the world from the Pistachions. Milo found Phineas' little setup of a tree in his suburban backyard interesting and when he asked him what it was for, Phineas told him that this "backyard" setup made a pretty familiar thinking spot for himself and Ferb.

Phineas defended Milo's presence when Candace tried to shoo the latter out of the building, hoping there could be some kind of workaround for Murphy's Law. Phineas, Ferb, and Milo partook in a study of Murphy's Law and also did a little musical number about it too. They eventually built a robot suit of Milo, which would be controlled by all three of them, which could help focus and weaponize Milo's negative probability ions by using Phineas and Ferb's positive probability ions to control it.

The three of them went on an adventure together, slaying Pistachions with Milo Murphy's Law. However, their fun was soon squashed, when some Pistachions invaded the machine's backpack and destroyed the engine. Phineas and Milo worked together on fixing it, even though it was banged up pretty bad.

Phineas had an entire list of tools that they'd need to fix it, none of which they had access to. However, Milo just so happened to have all of these things in his backpack, including lemons, radioactive watermelons, blowtorches, and peanut butter. Phineas was absolutely astonished with how prepared Milo was and wondered how it took so long for them two to meet. It wasn't long at all before they recharged the robot and got back to business. At the end of the day, when all the chaos was done and over with, Milo invited Phineas, Ferb, and all the others to join him and his friend group, to watch the lost pilot of Dr. Zone.

They all had a nice time together and bonded more as a newfound group of friends. Afterwards, Milo bid Phineas adieu and welcomed him to "crossover" to his side of Danville at any time, foreshadowing future crossovers between the two shows. Phineas told him that he'll gladly stop by and see him again as he walked off with Ferb to his side of Danville.

Fanon

Philo is a rarepair in both fandoms, having only one work on AO3. However, there are no works on AO3 that ship Phineas and Milo as friends, unless it's part of a three-way friendship between the two of them and Ferb.

The ship blossomed from Phineas and Milo's interactions in their crossover episode, wherein Phineas used his quick-thinking, inventing skills, and positivity to help Milo control his Murphy's Law. Milo was very resourceful to Phineas, providing him with everything he needed straight from his backpack. Then there was, of course, the juxtaposition between their probability ions, which causes kind of an interesting form of chaos around them, wherever they go.

The two of them got along really well as friends and seemed to have a lot in common, with both of them being positive thinkers with solutions to everything in life, despite their very different situations. Rival ships would include Phinabella and Milanda.
