Phinabella is the het ship between Phineas Flynn and Isabella Garcia-Shapiro from the Phineas and Ferb fandom.

Isabella Garcia-Shapiro is the neighbor of the house across from Phineas Flynn, and is in love with him. She has romantic dreams about him and believes that one day they will get married. Although Isabella's feelings are very clear, Phineas is unaware of them, and manages to see Isabella only as a great friend, showing few feelings other than friendship towards her, until in high school, Phineas developed romantic feelings for her, even though Isabella gave up him despite her unwavering feelings.
For Isabella, her crazy love for him makes her hallucinate. It is clear, for the first time, that Isabella suffers from this, when Phineas talks to her about a mission and she imagines him as a centaur ("Isabella and the Temple of Sap"). Later Isabella has a new hallucination, this time with Phineas declaring his love for her on a beach ("Bee Day"). According to Isabella, her hallucinations take place in "Phineasland", a place where Phineas loves her and can take any form she wishes.
Isabella, most of the time, is interested in Phineas' projects. One of the few times she doesn't like the big idea is in "The Road to Danville". It is customary for her to enter the yard and ask her beloved, by saying "whatcha doin?". When anyone other than Phineas says her catchphrase, she gets angry ("Phineas and Ferb: Christmas Special", "Suddenly Suzy"). She once scolds Buford for doing this. Her catchphrase is so well known in the series that it became music in (" Rollercoaster, The Musical!").
Even though this is physically impossible, sometimes Isabella, upon seeing Phineas, can change the shape of her pupils to that of two hearts. The first time this is seen is on the first day of summer, when Isabella asks Phineas what he is doing. This can be noticed by everyone around her, except for Phineas (" Rollercoaster ", " Act Your Age").
She doesn't like people speaking badly about her crush. In "Thaddeus and Thor", Thaddeus, a stuck-up neighbor of the Flynn-Fletchers, refers to Phineas as a "chump", which makes Isabella angry and, later, volunteer to help build a fort.
Her feelings will always made her strong when Phineas is in danger. Such as events knowing that Phineas is trapped in the prehistoric era and his time machine is broken, Isabella, with the help of the Fireside Girls, builds a new time machine to save him, Ferb and Candace from the clutches of a Tyrannosaurus Rex ("Traveling in Time"). A few days later, she saves the life of Phineas, who falls from the haunted house ("One Good Scare Ought to Do It!"). Isabella even helps Phineas with the idea of creating his own fashion ("Phineas and Ferb's Fashion Collection"). When Phineas decides to go to space, Isabella stays on Earth to help him ("Out to Launch").
For Phineas, usually seems oblivious to Isabella's feelings, and probably had no idea that she loves him. The redhead seems to like her as a great friend. Maybe, after Ferb, Isabella will be his best friend. Because of this, it's hard to find the right girl companion outside of your amazing summer projects. His projects often come down to helping her. In "Journey to the Center of Candace", Phineas builds a microscopic submarine to enter Pinky's stomach and retrieve Isabella's Fireside Girl headband. Later, on a rainy day, Phineas builds a giant biosphere that can simulate any environment, so Isabella and the Fireside Girls can carry out their tasks ("Great Outdoors"). However, Phineas' best project for Isabella is certainly her birthday present (" Happy Birthday, Isabella ").
Being her great friend, Phineas always likes to keep her away from danger. In "The Beak" he even lies to her, so she can stay away from the threat of the evil Khaka Peü Peü. In "Hide and Seek", Phineas risks himself to save Isabella's life, who was cornered by a robot insect. Phineas' concern for Isabella is also very clear in the episode "Gaming the System", when he screams in concern when he sees her facing the video game monster in person. In the early morning hours when Danville is attacked by disgusting zombie pharmacists, Phineas stops one of the pharmacists from touching Isabella and turning her into a zombie. On the other hand, he who becomes one. This shows that Phineas is concerned about Isabella enough to risk her life. Fortunately, Isabella later manages to finish the project and save everyone in the city ("The Night of the Living Pharmacists").
It is known that Phineas greatly admires Isabella, making it clear in several situations that he considers her to be a fearless, courageous, adventurous, intelligent, daring, and cute person. When they both face the cuteness that Mitch acquires after drinking a cuteness potion, in "Meapless in Seattle", Phineas admits that only Isabella can defeat Mitch, because while the cuteness His is only exterior, hers is interior and true.
In "Cloudy With a Chance of Mom", Isabella refers to Phineas’ mother Linda as her “future mother-in-law.”
Adulthood[]
Ten years in the future, Phineas starts developing romantic feelings for Isabella in high school, just right where she loses hope. However, he is afraid to admit his feelings, thinking that Isabella only sees him as a friend. As she reaches high school, Isabella becomes a busy person and stops visiting Phineas' yard often. During this time, Phineas realizes how lonely he is without her constant visits. Baljeet tells Phineas that Isabella has been in love with him since they were children. Confused, Phineas resolves to find Isabella and admit his feelings to her before she leaves for college as Isabella prepares to go to college. After returning to say goodbye, Isabella shyly admits her crush on Phineas. He, in turn, admits that he started to gain love for her during high school onwards. With Phineas going to the same college as Isabella, they both promise to meet in two weeks and begin a romantic relationship at college. After meeting with Nana Shapiro and stopping by Vivian's coffee shop, Phineas finds Isabella sitting in front of her house. Phineas then admits his crush on her since high school and decides to go to Tri-State College, the same as Isabella, where they can both begin a romantic relationship ("Act Your Age") .

Phinabella is one of the most notable ships in Phineas and Ferb fandom thanks to the chemistry between Phineas and Isabella. As it became apparent Phineas developed romantic feelings toward Isabella more than he let on, fans who shipped both characters couldn't help but explore the idea of them becoming a couple sooner than what "Act Your Age" attested, something which helped by Jeff "Swampy" Marsh and Dan Povenmire did the same thing through the two's iterations in crossover special "Phineas and Ferb: Star Wars".
On AO3, Phinabella is the most popular ship for both characters.
