Pinby is the femslash ship between Pin and Ruby from the Battle for Dream Island fandom.

In "Yeah, Who? I Wanna Know", Ruby, along with the other No-Namers root for Pin to switch to W.O.A.H. Bunch.
In "Get Digging", Ruby backs away when Pin asks if anyone wants to switch to their team.
In "Well Rested", Pin turns down Ruby's offer of Yoyleberries because she already had 23. Later, Pin has Ruby eat a yellow tomato to remove her yoyle metal. Ruby appears to be sad about this.
In "Lots of Mud", Ruby stabs Pin into Flower, saying it's the "heroic leader" fashion line.
In "Insectophobe's Nightmare 4", Pin doesn't respond when Ruby asks if they like FreeSmart due to having no face and therefore no mouth. This makes Ruby so furious that she shrinks her.
In "Well, Look Who It Is!", Ruby and Needle recover every dead contestant, including Pin. Needle comments on how it didn't take them long to recover her, and Ruby asks who she has to thank for that, to which Needle replies "You!" and they high five. Pin, in the Dream World, asks Coiny if he heard that disrespect.
In "PointyPointyPointy ♫", Ruby feels uneasy when Pin regains her face and size. Pin says she wants to tear down the FreeSmarters who shrunk her and took her face away in the first place, and Ruby, alongside the rest of FreeSmart, runs away. Later, Pin and Coiny steal Ruby and Book's jetpack, and while flying away, Pin boasts to Ruby to think twice before shrinking her body next time. When Pin is about to go sing in Puffball's island, Ruby, Bubble and Book stop her, with Bubble saying rules are rules. Ruby's team steals Pin's song, causing her to get very livid, have an outrage and get revenge on her by zapping her before they can finish.
In "Spore Day", Pin is excited to see which "stealer" between Ruby and Book gets eliminated. Ruby says that her stealing Pin's song in the previous episode was a remix, so it's fair use, which Pin disrespectfully disagrees with. When Ruby is eliminated, Pin says that's called karma with extra paprika.
In "Start the Shift", Ruby announces that Pin is safe, and calls her gross. Pin replies, "Oh yeah? If I'm so gross, then why am I the one who-" before Ruby throws a slice of cake at Pin's face, cutting her sentence off.
In "🥚", Ruby is mad at Pin for killing Gelatin. She tells "Sharpie" to take a seat, which Pin reluctantly does. Because Pin won immunity in the previous episode, she demands to get the drink, so Ruby uses the straw to spit tapioca pearls at her.
In "Launch Party", Pin asks Ruby what she is doing on the Pristine Plains, and Ruby says she, Fries, Gelatin, Ice Cube, and Pencil went on a nice little stroll, and she ended up here. Ruby asks if she can have Pin and Book's baskets, and Pin is confused that Ruby actually wants them. Later, Pin kicks the pile Ruby is stuck in away, freeing her. Ruby cheers, only to realize it was Pin, so she runs away in disgust. Pin says Ruby could've said thanks.
In "I'm The Main Character", Ruby goes to ask Pin to help the WTF-ers to get out of the tornado, and says she looks better than usual with the barf on her face. When Pin tries to destroy Dream Island Again, Ruby, along with the other WTF-ers, tries to pull her off the island to stop her from destroying it.

Pinby rose in popularity after BFDIA 12, where Ruby shrinks Pin in anger, and BFDIA 14, where Ruby and Book steal Pin's song and Pin gets revenge on the two by shocking them with electricity and causing them to fall off the bunk beds. However, it is still not as noticed as other Pin x FreeSmart ships, such as Pinbook and Pincil.
