Pinesauce is the slash ship between Pineapple and BBQ Sauce from the Battle for Dream Island fandom.
Canon[]
The two are co-workers both working at Gelatin's Steakhouse. When Gelatin gets eliminated from the competition of BFDIA, BBQ Sauce informs Pineapple of this and how they don't have to hide from him anymore. Pineapple is relieved to hear this and BBQ Sauce gives them a gift for surviving Gelatin's management together. Calling it a token of their camaraderie, BBQ Sauce hands them a volume up button and Pineapple realizes that it was stolen from Gelatin's pair of headphones. After hearing that fake caution tape was put around the steakhouse, Pineapple and BBQ Sauce initiate a party and dance as a result of the news. However, Ruby and the Beautiful Face Devotion Institute tear down the tape and infiltrate the restaurant with customers to the two's shock. When Coiny approaches BBQ Sauce and is told by Pineapple to leave, BBQ Sauce calms Pineapple down and tells them of the time Coiny saved them from being seen by Gelatin. However, when Coiny's voice is different from what they remember, BBQ Sauce becomes skeptical and wonders if Pineapple was right about how they saw him.
Later on when BBQ Sauce and Pineapple are crowded by customers in the steakhouse, the two begin to think that they may drown. Pineapple shares to BBQ Sauce, thinking that they're doomed, that they wouldn't have survived Gelatin's Steakhouse's rancid recession with anyone else. As Pineapple begins to accept their fate, BBQ Sauce pushes them to keep going and notices a fire alarm shortly after. BBQ Sauce points it out to Pineapple and instructs them to throw the volume up button they got earlier at the fire alarm. Confused at first, Pineapple takes aim and goes through a series of flashbacks involving them before finally launching the button at the alarm and activating it. The sprinklers are set off, provoking the customers into leaving the building. Pineapple and BBQ Sauce realize they survived and hug as they celebrate.
At night, Pineapple tells BBQ Sauce that they could go for some ice cream. Remembering the incident earlier caused by customers wanting ice cream, BBQ Sauce warns them against it.

Pinesauce quickly gained traction after Pineapple's debut episode in the series. The episode introduced them and BBQ Sauce as close coworkers, both having survived a long history together at Gelatin's Steakhouse. Because of this, fans were quick to pair the two and shippers in particular enjoyed their moments, resulting in ship art and video edits of the two. Some fans, though, see them as brothers because of the way BBQ Sauce refers to Pineapple in one scene, calling them “lil bro”. Shippers and other fans noticing this defended the pairing by stating that the term was used in this context as a way to refer to a friend, like BBQ Sauce also does shortly after that line. Nonetheless, it is one of the most known ships for both characters, only being rivaled by Coinsauce for BBQ Sauce.
