Pinstape is the het ship between Pin and Stapy from the Battle for Dream Island fandom.

The Adventures of the Island Dreamers[]
Pin and Stapy applied to Tennis Ball's business for tapping trees. A while back, Leafy hired the business a while back and was proven to be unreliable. When Bubble's shop got hit with a meteor, Leafy couldn't get pink dye for her balls anymore. With the help of Firey and Ice Cube, they realized that the Yoyle Tree's in Leafy's yard, contain sap that is also a similar color. Ice Cube brings up that the company could help them, so Leafy agreed. The company arrived and went to work. Pin stabbed a hole in the tree using her point. Hammer then pounded the tap into the tree. Finally, Stapy stapled a house down to get the sap. It ends up working and they get a purple dye out of the sap. Cary says that TB hired the three of them to work for him. He claims that they should rebel together against Tennis Ball as he's the boss and they are the worker class. Cary directly says that Pin and Stapy are co-workers and ignores Hammer. Cary said that they probably battled with each other to get employee of the month. The two of them, along with Hammer, are said to be a division of labor by the comic. Division of Labor means to give a worker a specialized job in order to complete a task.
Pin and Stapy have quite a few similarities. One, the two of them are both red and white. The white parts are also their metal parts. They also had a color change before IDFB. Pin went from red, to white, to back to red in BFB, while Stapy went from grey to pink between BFDIA during it's hiatus and BFB. They also have a method of attack. Stapy can shoot out staples rapidly. While Pin can stab herself into anyone and everything. This also means their method of attack uses force. They also were previously inanimate. Stapy first debuted in Appisiote as a real life, black stapler. They were changed to be animated in BFB. Pin had her face removed because Ice Cube chose it, and she previously had her limbs removed as well. This caused her to be a faceless, limbless, object that couldn't move a part from sweating ooze. Their teams that they went too were formed because of a group of people joining up for one person. Everybody on Free Food joined because Yellow Face was being incredibly charismatic. While everybody joined The Losers because they had a intense love for Loser.
Fanon[]
This is a rarepair in the communtiy. The two are only shipped by small shippers with no real basis for the pairing. The only other way they are shipped is because of being a "crackship". Those small shippers see the simularities and see that as good opportunity to ship the two together. Other than that the two are mostly shipped as a joke or with no real basis. The two are thrown about as the rarepair ships with no one in it interacting with each other. The only time in any BFDI canon that the two had interacted was in The Adventures of the Island Dreamers, because Cary needed two others to join Pin and Tennis Ball in their company. Their rival ships are Tennispin, the ship between Tennis Ball and Pin, and Pammer, the ship between Pin and Hammer.
