Poly David is the poly ship between Giant Davidian, Liy, Bottle, and Pen from the Battle for Dream Island.
Canon[]
Pen is spooked since it's his first time travelling there, questioning the size of the Davidians as the David they have been interacting with was a smaller version; Golf Ball then explains to Pen that most Davids are that size and the David they saw way back then was simply a smaller variant of the species. Golf Ball and Tennis Ball goes to hold the lips of Pen, Eraser, and Fries since they were about to say something negative about the Davids. The David was turning around, until they blinked, having Golf Ball relieved. Are You Okay is shown, with Eraser complaining about the Davids' bad smell. The nearby David promptly takes offense at this comment and looks around before staring intently at them and yelling, "Aw, seriously?", at all of them, with the resulting shockwave killing the Funny Plant.
Two commands Bagged to take care of the Giant Davidian. Two points outside of their window to show the David outside of the hotel. Tennis Ball makes a presentation and plan about how to destroy the giant David near the hotel while Pen and Bottle are eating popcorn. Pen questions what they can use to knock out the giant David, and Liy answers that she got it and tells Pen and Bottle to follow her. Tennis Ball looks at the David at the window in awe until the scene cuts to Team 2. Bottle turns to Black Hole and asks for a boost onto the giant David. Black Hole agrees, and before helping, he takes a moment to tell Liy it’s nice to see her again. With that, Black Hole uses his gravity powers to propel them upward, and they land on top of the David, ready to put their plan into action. TV plays an audio clip of Tennis Ball’s voice, calmly instructing the David to follow him. As planned, the David complies, lumbering after TV and moving away from the hotel. The David is still pursuing TV, while Pen, Liy, and Bottle climb up its enormous form. Liy throws Bottle towards Pen, who catches her, and they continue their ascent. However, the David becomes agitated, and the resulting soundwaves cause them to lose their grip and fall. They manage to cling to its "hair," and Pen reassures them to stay calm. Pen, Liy, and Bottle land on the David's mouth as they fall, and Liy quickly pours the milk into the David’s mouth.

Seeing as this ship is about a minor character, this ship is a rarepair due to that. Most shippers don't ship the four characters together as Davidians in the series aren't shipped often due to their 2D character of just being a joke character. The four of them share quite of bit of screentime together but aren't shipped often because only the four of them shared a few minutes together, trying to keep David away, and the fact that it's a minor character, seen only in three episodes, being paired with a main character. Despite that though, some people do ship these four together because of their story in TPOT 13. Their rival ships are Davidpen, the ship between Giant David and Pen, Davidgolf, the ship between Giant David and Golf Ball, Blackdavid, the ship between Black Hole and Giant David, and Liypenttle, the ship between Liy, Pen, and Bottle.
