PopMusic is the het ship between Boxten and Poppy from the Dandy's World fandom.
Canon[]
Boxten and Poppy are both playable characters in Dandy's World. Boxten and Poppy are the starter toons of the game, the player can choose which of the two to use at the beginning of the game. If one of them is chosen first, the other must be purchased in Dandy's Store for 250 Ichor. Boxten and Poppy can interact with each other in the elevator if there are two players playing as them. Currently, they have only two interactions. Both of their abilities are passive, Boxten's passive is to gain 6% more Extraction Speed for every alive Toon in the round. Maxes at 48%. Poppy's passive is to receive a 50% Speed boost for 3 seconds when attacked. Poppy is a bubbly and extrovert. She is often loud at times, and this is proven in some of her interactions with other Toons. Boxten is a shy and introvert. He is sometimes pessimistic and worries more than how he should. Boxten is a Music Box while Poppy is a Bubble.
In their first interaction, Poppy happily greets Boxten. Boxten greets her back bashfully, which causes her to repeat herself, screaming at him. Boxten worriedly asks Poppy if she is okay. Poppy replies by saying that she's okay enough.
In their second interaction, Boxten frets that he and his team didn't do well enough on the previous floor. Poppy tells him not to worry and states that he worries too much. Boxten questions Poppy on him distressing, to which she replies that he is worrying again. Boxten feels a bit ruffled subsequently.
Boxten and Poppy can be seen in one of the game's thumbnails, both being chased by Twisted Pebble. Both also appear on the "Welcome to Dandy's World" badge.

PopMusic is a popular ship in the Dandy's World fandom. Many fans ship the two due to both of them are starters. Many people also ship them since they are often seen together in several images in the game, such as the thumbnails, the "Welcome to Dandy's World" badge, and the tutorial. Boxten's shy and introverted attitude and Poppy's loud and outgoing personality caught the attention of fans, with most people enjoying their interactions and Introvert-Extrovert relationship. The ship often receives hate as there are a number of people who think that Boxten would look better with Glisten and Poppy would look better with Scraps.
Despite the ship's popularity, it is often a rival to other equally popular ships, the ships being: JelweryBox and BubbleCraft.
