Popmusic is the non-binary ship between Popcorn and MiniDisky from the Animatic Battle fandom.
Canon[]
Popcorn runs to MiniDisky's direction to show them a new song she made. After handing MiniDisky the disc for it, they put it on a record and begin to listen to it. The disc ends up summoning Specimen 8 to the two's shock, although seconds later they do not seem to mind. Popcorn excitedly gasps when MiniDisky thinks that the song is a hit. The two continue to enjoy the song until Season 17 kicks the disc out of the record player. Later as the teams are formed, Popcorn overhears Pancake Batter mentioning Shoe being cool and joins the team, inviting MiniDisky with her. After the teams are formed as they find out that carrots could cause toxicity, Popcorn asks MiniDisky if they know any vegetables that don't cause toxicity. MiniDisky responds with Papaya, which ends up being the name of their team. For the challenge, Popcorn decides that they should scare the M they need to get rid of away and MiniDisky asks her how to do so. Popcorn begins shaking around and making a scary face as MiniDisky and the rest of Papaya join her in doing so. After Papaya is later announced safe by Animatic, Popcorn and MiniDisky do a victory dance.
After a caffeinated Animatic returns to the contestants, Popcorn hurries to MiniDisky and tells them that she thinks the challenge is going to start. MiniDisky asks if Animatic's caffeine has worn off yet, which Popcorn worriedly denies. Later on as Popcorn tries to hold Animatic back from killing Papaya, MiniDisky is hesitant to leave her although Iced Coffee urges them and the rest of Papaya to leave. Popcorn ends up getting killed, while MiniDisky survives the challenge. At night, Popcorn finds MiniDisky and congratulates the "Survivor Sandwich" for winning the challenge. When MiniDisky asks if Popcorn's alright after her wild fight with Animatic earlier, Popcorn tries reassuring her that she wasn't hurt at all. Afterwards, she gives MiniDisky a piece of salt as a reward for surviving. She calls the piece of salt cool because it came from her, saying that she's passing the cool to them. MiniDisky is thankful but when they eat the salt, they find it bland. Popcorn understands and figures that the two can find a better one.
In the seed growing challenge, Popcorn goes over to try to recover Exclamation Mark when MiniDisky suggests doing so. When this fails to work, MiniDisky brings up how Animatic can recover people as well and Popcorn compliments them for the idea.

Popmusic is one of the most notable ships for Animatic Battle. The two having an early bond since the start of the season led fans to draw the connection between the two, especially since it is one of the most known and developed friendships so far. The pairing has been enjoyed by sapphic shippers within object show fandoms and certain scenes, such as the stinger of the second episode, are often referenced for the ship. Fan art and other content often shows the two partake in activities such as dancing and singing, among other romantical affection. It is the most popular ship for both Popcorn and MiniDisky.
