Project SEKAI ships. This page is for ships with a lack of content, or for ships with minimal interactions. Please add as much content as you can to the sections below. Once a ship meets the requirements, you are welcome to create a page.
The current requirements for ship pages are:
- 20 sentences split between the canon and fanon sections, with content in both sections.
- One minimum link under the fandom section (e.g. AO3 tags, Tumblr links)
Please refrain from adding more than five images to a ship section, and refrain from adding any fan art. If you're unsure if a ship meets the requirements for a page, discuss with a member of our admin team.

Akilen[]
Akilen is the slash ship between Akito Shinonome and Kagamine Len from the Project SEKAI fandom.
Canon[]
Akito is a first-year high school student at Kamiyama High School while Len is one of Vivid BAD SQUAD's initial Virtual Singers. In many area dialogues, as well as events, it is shown that Len respects Akito a lot and sees him as a paragon of coolness, often aspiring to be like him. They are quiten stubborn and often tease each other.
Quotes[]
- Len – “Hey, Akito. I heard from Rin that you can't drink black coffee. Is that true?”
- Akito – “It's not like I can't drink it. I just prefer not to...”
- Len – “[after Touya explains Akito's preferences] See? You can't drink it black.”
- Akito – “Like I said, I just prefer something other than straight black. And you're no different, right...?”
- Len – “Me? I can now...”
- Akito – “Huh? Seriously...?”
- — Area Conversation in Street SEKAI
- Len – “Oh, we can try drawing or something next!”
- Akito – “I'm not teaching you anything, just fair warning.”
- Len – “Aww, you haven't even given me a chance to say what yet!”
- Akito – “No, the second you mentioned drawing, you looked my way. Scratch that. You said that after you made eye contact with me.”
- Len – “Grr... Fine, I'll think of something else. But you guys need to tell me if you come up with anything too, alright?”
- Akito – “*smile* Yeah, yeah. We'll tell you when we do think of something.”
- Len – “Good! That's a promise, okay?”
- — Area Conversation in Street SEKAI
- Len – “Hey, Akito! How did you know what song I wanted to sing?”
- Akito – “Well, I've known you long enough. I guess I was the one giving you a surprise this time?”
- Len – “What?! Hahaha, that's Akito for you! So cool!”
- — Akito 2022 Birthday Virtual Live
Fanon[]
AkiLen isn't that popular in the Western fandom due to its status, however many enjoy it as a BrOTP or appreciate their friendship and the way Len admires Akito instead. Some have also claimed that shipping them is bad because of their second Kizuna Rank, which states the two are as close as brothers, implying to these people that it is incestuous or at least "sibling-coded."

Although AraKou is a big rarepair, mainly due to their status as side characters, it has a dedicated following at the same time. As a result it does not have many rival ships outside of Koutaro's ship with Akito and Arata's ship with his former partner.

Arata and Souma are best friends who used to form the duo "Gurney flap" together. They started aiming to surpass RAD WEEKEND after Souma introduced Arata to the event. However, after Souma was involved in a car accident, he was diagnosed with paralysis in parts of his body, causing him to be unable to perform. Since then, Souma has been hospitalized and Arata had been working towards their shared goal of surpassing RAD WEEKEND together, which aided Arata gaining a reputation.
When Souma is first introduced in THE POWER OF UNITY, he is about to introduce himself as Arata's former partner, but quickly changes to mentioning he's Arata's best friend, causing Arata to look sad.

A big rarepair which stems from the fact the two have not been shown that much together, as well as the fact that Arata's ships with the Vivid BAD SQUAD members and Koutarou are more popular.

“The final scene was as incredible as it was because you put so much effort into it!” — Asahi in reference to Tsukasa in episode 7 of ‘A Sad Farewell at the Curtain Call’
AsaKasa is the slash ship between Genbu Asahi and Tenma Tsukasa.
Canon[]
Genbu Asahi and Tenma Tsukasa are members of separate troupes from separate organisations. Before their first encounter in ‘A Sad Farewell at the End of The Curtain Call’, both were aware of one another’s accomplishments and admired their work. Namely, the play performed by Wonderlands x Showtime in Wonder Magical Showtime, would leave an impression on Asahi. The two of them find one another’s work impressive, and only wish to learn more from each other.
A Sad Farewell at the Curtain Call
The two meet due to a collaboration between Phoenix Wonderland, Tsukasa and his troupe’s workplace, and Tokyo ArcLand, Asahi and the Center Theatre’s. Upon their first face-to-face meeting in Episode Two, ‘Genbu Asahi’, Asahi and Tsukasa get into a staring match, in disbelief of being before the other. Asahi is the first to speak, excitedly speaking about meeting the troupe to his own. He proposes shaking Tsukasa’s hand, all the while calling him by his role in Wonder Magical Showtime, ‘Miles’.
During episode three, ‘The Two Leads’, Tsukasa and Asahi are assigned the roles of the lead and secondary lead of the play ‘The Two Androids’, Alfred and Bartlett. Asahi comments on how honoured he is to play the role alongside Tsukasa, still addressed as ‘Miles’. During the table read within the same episode, Asahi prioritises enhancing Tsukasa’s performance, requesting Rui to allow him and Tsukasa to go through opening together once more. Tsukasa uses his performance as a reference for improving his own, thanking Asahi for the assistance. He soon begins to look at himself in comparison to Asahi’s skill level.
In episode four, ‘Let Us Be Friends!’, Asahi provides Tsukasa with a technique to use in playing Bartlett, emphasising words as if reciting the vowels. Rui later considers Tsukasa having been doubting himself due to the skill level of ArcLand’s actors, but is reassured by the sight of the two practicing together. When Asahi re-enacts the scene of the lab’s destruction, Tsukasa silently takes apart how he put the scene together. He mutters about his talent, wishing to improve to such a level. Asahi’s discussion of his past at the diner during the latter segment of the episode reveals to Tsukasa how he’d managed to produce the effect of a real battlefield, visibly saddening him.
In episode five, ‘Unexpected Words’, when Asahi is inevitably assigned the role of Alfred, Tsukasa considers it rightful, dubbing him “perfect in every aspect”. He tells Asahi he looks forward to seeing his interpretation of Alfred, and the two vow to do their best with the play’s finale together. After practice, Asahi, Tsukasa and Rui leave to purchase flower confetti for said finale.
Asahi and Tsukasa reminisce on the past month’s impact on them, yet Tsukasa is lead into doubt once more, beginning to worry about the final performance due to the scene’s moving and dramatic nature. Asahi tells him that he’s done enough, as the two of them had worked together, alongside him requesting everyone present at the collab to provide him advice. He considers it to be Tsukasa having done all he could, and tells him to have more confidence in himself. Tsukasa is quick to leave in order to take Rui’s advice, Asahi bidding him farewell.
In episode six, ‘Our Final Ambassadorial Show’, the cast of Wonderlands x Showtime and Center Theatre clear the public performance . Asahi, rather than expressing his feelings on the show as whole, speaks on Tsukasa’s improvement. He insists the finale went so well due to Tsukasa’s effort, with the praise shocking Tsukasa, him excitedly thanking Asahi in response. The two briefly grieve over this perhaps being their final interaction, yet thank each other for the collective enjoyment of the past month working together.
In episode eight, Rui tells Tsukasa he can tell Asahi has taught him a lot in the midst of the him speaking about the collab from a general point. Tsukasa celebrates this, noting having felt changes in his skill and ability since having worked with Asahi.
In the Tsukasa four-star ‘A Rush of Excitement!’ side story, the shopping trip for the flower confetti is focused on more. Asahi had requested to accompany Rui to purchase notepads, to which Tsukasa mentions the fact that he carried them around as well. Asahi recommends the brand he typically uses to Tsukasa, the conversation transitioning into a discussion of what Asahi did with his notepad. Tsukasa finds his dedication admirable, briefly mentioning how insightful these conversations always are. He wishes to thank Asahi and the ArcLand cast, yet Asahi tells him he’s done enough. He describes Tsukasa as a lead with “wonderful aura”, and “incredible acting range”.
To the Gleaming Stars Halfway Through a Dream
During To the Gleaming Stars Halfway Through a Dream, Tsukasa attends an acting workshop to improve himself as an actor. When Nene asks him where he’d learnt of the place, he states it was recommended by Asahi.
In the Tsukasa three-star ‘Never Give Up’ side story, he thanks Asahi for recommending the workshop to him through text. Asahi warns him of the director’s intensity, yet has faith in him being able to take it due to him having regularly worked with Rui. When attending the workshop during this side story, Tsukasa has the director break into laugher as he explain he and Rui’s status at their school, and he tells him that he understands why Asahi recommended the place to him.

AsaKasa stands as a rarepair within the fandom space with very minimal coverage, due to the former of the two being a side character with a singular event story feature (unlike others such as Seiryuin Sakurako, the Ootori family, and Bakuno Reki).
However, the idea of his statement in episode seven of A Sad Farewell at the Curtain Call having been romantically charged due to choice of wording has been occasionally touched on in discussions.

Trivia[]
- Asahi’s statement on the finale being enjoyable to watch has the direct translation addressing him as “the Miles I fell for” (this line is changed in the English edition of the event, him instead stating “That’s Miles for you!”).
- Tsukasa’s ‘A Rush of Excitement!’ 4-star card has Asahi present in the untrained, and directly referenced in the card’s quote by Tsukasa (“What incredible acting skills…”)
- Tsukasa briefly states to have been taking more notes during practice after the collaboration with ArcLand (‘A Rush of Excitement!’ side story)
- Nene would often liken Asahi’s instances of louder speech to Tsukasa’s overbearing voice during A Sad Farewell at the Curtain Call.
- In an area conversation featuring Rui and Nene, which appears after A Sad Farewell at the Curtain Call, Rui references inviting the rest of Wonderlands x Showtime to a show alongside Asahi and Tsukasa
