Pronouncer is the non-binary ship between Profily and Announcer from the Battle for Dream Island fandom.

When the contestants do not remember Profily's existence, he tries to get them to remember their times together by flashing back to early seasons. In one of their flashbacks, Profily approaches the Announcer to introduce an idea for the show. They rip a tie to represent a tiebreaker in contests, hoping that he would get the joke. As Announcer enjoys the pun, Profily wishes for him not to steal the joke, thinking that it would become something he's known for. In the actual referenced episode, the Announcer ends up using ripping ties as a tiebreaker contest. In another flashback, Profily interrupts the Announcer as he is about to announce who wins the season between Firey or Leafy. Announcer sarcastically tells Profily that they fell just short of the win, getting them excited by this. Laughing it off, the Announcer announces that Profily got zero votes. Profily celebrates this but promptly corrects their reaction when the Announcer tells them it's not a good thing.
When the Announcer makes his physical return to the season, he is greeted by Profily upon seeing him. Unlike the rest of the contestants and hosts, the Announcer recognizes Profily.
As the Announcer continuously hands out medals out of nowhere, Profily yells at him to stop. The Announcer gives them a wooden medal as a result, which Profily thanks him for. When they ask him what follows the Cake at Stake for the episode, the Announcer breaks the news that he is cancelling the season.
After saving the BFDI prize of the season, the Announcer and the rest of his group go to Profily's location. They tell him about Four regaining conscious and him making his way to the Pillary Ruins, assured that they know what they're doing. Asked by the Announcer what they do in the meantime, Profily suggests an idea that will need some setting up. This later turns out to be a celebration party for Four for hosting the season.

Pronouncer is a rarepair in the Battle for Dream Island fandom. The pairing arose from the Announcer knowing who Profily was during a running theme of the season of no one recognizing them. While this may have been played out as a joke, many fans felt this was a hint of the Announcer validating Profily's supposed long history, suggesting a friendly bond between the two. Shippers of the two were quick to pair them together because of this, with most sketches and fan art of the two coming from Tumblr and Pinterest. The pairing became fairly common for Profily and as a host and contestant ship for the Announcer, since ships for the two are not as common as other contestants/hosts of the show, although sometimes rivaled by ships such as Profileafy and Fournouncer.
