Psybuki is the femslash ship between Psykos and Fubuki from the One Punch Man fandom.

In a flashback, Psykos and Fubuki were shown to be close friends in high school, where they were classmates. Moreover, Psykos was vice-president of the Society of Supernatural Research under Fubuki's leadership, and she admired Fubuki for her psychic powers because they were stronger than her own. Psykos' admiration for Fubuki's strength motivated her to train her own powers, allowing her to develop a clairvoyant ability. When she looked into the future, what she saw there caused her to become severely misanthropic. She then proposed to the other group members that they make their goal the elimination of mankind. This created an uproar within the group; however, Fubuki was only opposed to Psykos' plan because of the fact that, without the existence of others, she would not be able to stand above anyone. Fubuki then sealed away Psykos' psychic powers, which in manga was revealed to be done with a kiss, before Psykos left the group to create the Monster Association, where she pursued her new goal of destroying humanity.

Chapter 174-175 (online)[]
At the start of the Psychic Sisters Arc, Fubuki is travelling in a car with her Blizzard Group towards Hero Association HQ. They are confused why the whole Blizzard Group is mobilized and fully armed, and asking Fubuki why on earth she wants to go there like this. She only tells them that she is going to meet someone and there is a chance that things will turn violent.
After they reach the HQ's parking lot, Fubuki's car accidentally hits Forte - an A-Class hero - while he was trying to fight Saitama. Fubuki seems to not really care about that while her Blizzard Group is a bit worried about the consequences. Saitama tells Fubuki to remember to apologize to Forte later when he is conscious again. Fubuki invites Saitama to join her, telling him he can meet the one who destroyed his residence alongside Z-City.
Eventually Fubuki, the Blizzard Group and Saitama reach the Hero Association's special internment facility. The receptionist tells them that the inmate Fubuki wants to meet is being visited by someone else currently and immediately after that they are transferred to another facility, so unfortunately they couldn't visit them. Suddenly, to Blizzard Group's and Saitama's surprise, Fubuki demands that the current visitation is to be stopped and they must be taken there right away.
Meanwhile, Psykos is in the facility's floor B13, being visited by a mysterious guy that has three Hero Association's sponsors with him. The guard opens her cell up and tells them that it's safe as they have put her to sleep with medication. They introduce her as "The Monster Association's mastermind". The mysterious guy seems to be knowledgeable about what happened during the Monster Association fight with Psykos and Orochi, even though the sponsors seem to not have any battleground information.
The guy tells the sponsors that she is a valuable specimen with quite a few noteworthy features and also seems to be interested about her physical mutation during MA arc. He is thankful to the HA sponsors and they are happy that he gave them such a large transaction as Hero Association has been short on funding lately. This tells that they sold her to the mysterious guy. The sponsors also tell the guy that they stripped Psykos' human rights by certifying her as a monster so he can do whatever experiments he wishes to her.
The mysterious guy reveals to be a part of a Tsukuyomi organization, who research psychic powers. Despite being drugged Psykos recognizes the name and suddenly wakes up and attacks the Tsukuyomi guy with her psychic power. The guy protects the sponsors and himself with his own psychic powers by creating a shield. The HA sponsors are absolutely surprised by Psykos' attack as she should be asleep, but with one flick of his hand the Tsukuyomi guy forces Psykos unconscious. The guy tells that Tsukuyomi is interested in her "Third Eye" - a rare ability to see into the future. The sponsors ask if he would like to torture her as they have facilities for it, but he tells them that there is no need for it. Tsukuyomi will apparently perform a very thorough craniotomy on her back in their own lab.
At the same time Fubuki, The Blizzard Group and Saitama is on an elevator that is going down fast. While Saitama wonders how massive the elevator is and what the Hero Association does with it, Fubuki is in her own head, remembering what happened after Garou's escape.
In a flashback, Fubuki and Psykos meet each other after a long time in the end of the Monster Association Arc. Psykos was trying to escape from the battleground, but Fubuki stops her. After they recognize each other, they have a very heated conversation - mostly from Psykos - about Fubuki always standing in her way, sealing her powers with a kiss when they were teenagers without her consent, and ruining her plans. Fubuki agrees she was a self-centered person back then. It's revealed that during their high school years when Psykos tried to propose the human extermination plan to their group that Fubuki started seeing Psykos as an enemy to her own plan to be on the very top of the world - and if no one else exist then there wouldn't be a point to be on the top. And if she was her enemy, enemies must be crushed.
Back to the Monster Association Arc's flashback confrontation; Psykos then tells Fubuki that she doesn't have any hesitation anymore to deal with her and they start to fight.
Chapter 176 (online)[]
The chapter starts with flashback to their high school years. Psykos is really happy to announce "president Fubuki" that their membership has increased again. She tells how she figured that the actual psychic power demonstrations are far more effective than explanations. Fubuki listens when Psykos says that it might not be that long before the Society for Research of Special Powers seizes control of the world from behind the scenes. She then continues to tell how a radical E.S.P. group called "Invisible Hand" from the next town over seems to be trying to pick a fight with their society and calling them just a "group of school children playing around". They end up defeating them and gaining them as their subsidiary.
Psykos is happy how their outreach is expanding again and it was a good thing that they made the choice to let them live. Then she brings up how she has recently gotten more stronger, but praises Fubuki's psychic powers as she is far stronger than Psykos. At one point Psykos told Fubuki that she was researching a new ability; "The Third Eye" that sees into the future. And if she manages to pull it off she could predict the future just like the great prophet Shibabawa. She did this so she could help grow their society into a huge organization that can even hold their own against Fubuki's nemesis; her older sister Tatsumaki.
Unfortunately, Psykos started having horrible headaches and she saw something that made her hate humanity and want their destruction. She couldn't understand how Fubuki didn't understand this.

Eventually, Fubuki manages to defeat her during the present day's Monster Association Arc's flashback. Fubuki wonders what Psykos saw in the future. As defeated and unconscious Psykos falls, Fubuki carefully catches her before she hits the ground. As she looks at Psykos in her arms, she wonders what changed her as she never was a tough girl. Fubuki then wonders if the source of Psykos' madness is something they will find in the "future". When she touches Psykos' head and wants to see the root of her fearful image, she suddenly sees a massive unknown entity in Psykos' mind, which scares her. However, Fubuki snaps out of it when suddenly her Blizzard Group wants her attention.
In the present day, when the flashback ends, Fubuki still wonders what she saw. As the elevator doors open, she really wants to talk to Psykos about it. They confront the Tsukuyomi guy and the three sponsors, who weren't really happy to see anyone else there. Fubuki demands loudly that the visitation is over and everyone should evacuate the floor immediately. She tells them that because Psykos is added to the official incarceration list by the HQ this morning, and any pro hero can see the list, Fubuki's sister Tatsumaki will then surely come and finish off Psykos when she sees her name on the list.
Suddenly the whole building starts to shake and the walls and ceiling starts to crack when Tatsumaki uses her psychic powers. Saitama realizes that it must be the one responsible for his residence's destruction. Tatsumaki comes through the ceiling, appearing next to Psykos' unconscious body. She then tries to kill Psykos with a flick of her finger, but the mysterious visitor, as well as Fubuki, uses their own psychic powers to protect Psykos at the same time. Tatsumaki buries the "Tsukuyomi" guy to a nearby wall with her powers. Fubuki tells the sponsors to evacuate immediately while she and her group will hold off her sister. The sponsors start running towards the elevator in panic.
It's immediately revealed that this whole act was Tatsumaki's plan and Fubuki is secretly helping her to protect Psykos. Tatsumaki told her before that the psychic research organization, Tsukuyomi, is after Psykos and she doesn't want them to get their hands on her. After all, they did use Tatsumaki as a guinea pig also when she was a child.
The Tsukuyomi guy uses his psychic powers to put the fleeing sponsors to sleep and then destroys the surveillance cameras. Then he starts to attack Tatsumaki and they fight by pushing each other's psychic powers. Psykos is unconscious this whole time and Fubuki tries to keep her act up. At one point Saitama falls through the chasm that was created by the telekinetic power battle. When Fubuki tries to save him, the chasm closes up.
Chapter 177 (online)[]
Fubuki tries to open up the previous chasm to get Saitama back, but she is suddenly weak due to a sleep medicine capsule inside her body without her knowledge being opened up with the Tsukuyomi guy's telekinetic signal. The Tsukuyomi guy manages to blackmail Tatsumaki to drop her shield by threatening to snap open the poison capsule inside Fubuki's body which would kill her instantly. It seems there is a Tsukuyomi spy at either the manufacturer, the distributor or in the Blizzard Group, because the capsules were slipped in with Fubuki's daily beauty supplements. As the guy uses his psychic powers to break the Demon level containment floor door open to let the monsters kill all the remaining heroes and people, he then lifts the Psychic Sisters and Psykos with him. The spy also reveals himself to be a part of the Blizzard Group when he starts to leave with the other guy and the immobilized psychic women. The monsters then try to get free and the Blizzard Group is panicking.
Eitherway, the monsters are all killed in an instant when Saitama jumps through them. This surprises everyone, including the Tsukuyomi guy and the spy. At the same time Tatsumaki finds the poison capsule inside Fubuki's body with her powers. Tatsumaki has to crush the capsule and its content inside her sister's body and turn it into a very thin needle that goes right through Fubuki's body and through the Tsukuyomi guy's hand to the eye. It injuries and poisons him, however he seems to be resistant enough as he is still alive. Furious Tatsumaki then uses the walls and ceiling materials to shut the guy inside a gigantic rock ball. She also throws the spy at a nearby wall when he tried to escape. Tatsumaki then drops down with Fubuki, Psykos and the gigantic rock ball.
As the Blizzard Group are all worried sick about Fubuki and about how their own lifes were in danger, they ask questions about everything that happened as they did not have any idea about anything. Tatsumaki orders them all to shut up and tries to force them to retire from hero business, but Saitama stops her by taking a hold of Tatsumaki's arm.
Chapter 178 (online)[]
Saitama and Tatsumaki have a confrontation and Saitama eventually takes Tatsumaki outside of the facility so it doesn't collapse because of her. Fubuki just watches in awe when Saitama and Tatsumaki disappears through the ceiling. Psykos is still unconscious.
Chapter 183 (online)[]
After Saitama and Tatsumaki came to an agreement, the Hero Association and few of the pro heroes investigated the damage that happened in the special internment facility. At one point they notice all the monster remains and wonder who could have killed them. Blizzard Group tells Blue Fire (an A-Class hero) that it was one A-Class hero who dealt with demon-level monsters, though he finds it hard to believe. Fubuki manages come to an agreement with McCoy and the Hero Association that spreading all these monster remains around the surface is a good thing to cover up the fact that all the damage was actually caused by Tatsumaki, which would be bad for them all. And they could instead tell the people that monsters attacked and Tatsumaki saved them all.
When Tatsumaki uses her powers to push the monsters remains outside the Association, they also smuggle the unconscious Psykos out of the Association in one of the bodies. Fubuki waits outside in her car and once the remains of the monster are outside, she uses her powers to reel in Psykos. She catches her and holds her close as the Blizzard Group continues to drive away from the Hero Association. For a moment Psykos regains consciousness and she is confused as she weakly looks at Fubuki.
Webcomic[]
In webcomic the storyline is a bit different compared to the manga version.
During the invasion of the Monster Association, Tatsumaki is incapacitated by Psykos. At this point, Psykos has not only regained her powers but also become a Dragon-level threat. Fubuki acknowledges the strength of her formal rival; however she has complete assurance in her own ability to beat Psykos, using a technique she developed to counter Tatsumaki in order to win. After winning the battle, Fubuki reflects for a moment, wondering what exactly Psykos saw in her vision which caused her to go mad and seek such power.

Post-invasion, Fubuki goes to A-City's newly rebuilt Hero Association HQ to visit Psykos, where the latter is imprisoned underground. She asks Psykos what she saw in her vision which caused her to forsake mankind. However, Psykos is unable to answer coherently, simply stating that she doesn't know anything and cannot remember. Fubuki breaks Psykos out of imprisonment and brings her back to the Blizzard Group. She spends hours each day trying to communicate with Psykos through a mind connection, hoping that this will yield answers. However in their shared mind space, Psykos simply repeats that she has failed and that she cannot be forgiven, causing Fubuki to be visibly disturbed.
Fanon[]
Psybuki is a small ship within the One Punch Man fandom. This is due to the fact that Psykos and Fubuki's interactions are almost entirely in the webcomic — the Monster Association Arc in particular. In the manga (which is more widely read than the webcomic), their battle and subsequent interactions were removed from the arc. Hence, it is unclear whether or not their relationship shares the same history in the manga than it does in the webcomic. It is possible that their relationship will be addressed in a later part in the manga; if so, this pairing will likely increase in popularity. Fans who do like this pairing may find Psykos and Fubuki's relationship complex and interesting, due to the fact that they were friendly rivals turned enemies. Some readers might have also found the telepathic moment they shared together somewhat romantic, inspiring them to ship this pairing.
However, after chapter 175 (online) was released, Psybuki shippers were first confused, but then really happy to see that Psykos and Fubuki did at one point kiss in their high school days. Though, after the translation came out it became clear that Fubuki did it for her own selfish reason to seal Psykos' powers. Although Fubuki used the feelings of Psykos, in view of the panels showing Psykos blushing and the fact that Psykos was manipulated, this implies that Psykos' feelings towards Fubuki was romantic in high school days. Either way, this still gave more interesting background to their dynamic and what is to come for them. Unfortunately, in OPM fandom this also brought up a few very vocal webcomic fans who criticized this scene and what it was implying, because the original webcomic didn't have this kiss. Some of them also being very against the idea of homosexual relationships, even if the kiss itself wasn't done in romantic sense.
Some fans of the ship have started using the ship's "Fubukos" name more as "Psybuki" ship name sounds phonetically far too similar with Saibuki.

- Murata Yusuke, the artist of One Punch Man likely implied during a Q&A that Fubuki and Psykos were dating in high school.[1] However, it is not entirely clear what he was talking about. If it's something he knows or if this is just something he himself implied he believed to be.
