Quanxi's Girlfriends is the poly ship between Quanxi, Tsugihagi, Cosmo, Pingtsi and Long from the Chainsaw Man fandom.

Quanxi's girlfriends are very loyal to her and accompany her on missions, as well as in private when they share passionate sex bonding time. While Quanxi is a half-human, half-devil hybrid, her four girlfriends are all fiends. And since they are mercenaries, the first time they are introduced in the story was when they were assigned the mission to kill Denji and to take his heart. Quanxi and her girlfriends were in the middle of a passionate sex-making, make out session, when a military officer from the Chinese government came to inform her about a new mission. Quanxi instantly asks what her reward would be for the job, to which the man answers that any wish will be granted to her since this would be her most difficult job. Quanxi's first thought is her girls, so she asks them what they would like. Once each of them answer, Quanxi requests them to give her girls human rights and a basic education, to which the man answers that the government will as long as she succeeds in her mission.

Once Quanxi and her girlfriends arrive in Japan, Pingtsi excitedly shows her the Conveyor Belt Sushi. As soon as Quanxi sees how excited her girls are to go, she decides to go there with the four of them. Once there, while waiting for their food to arrive, Pingtsi asks Quanxi if she could talk to her about her knowledge of fish. As Pingtsi explains all she knows about fish facts and the rest of the girls happily enjoy their meal, Quanxi softly smiles. And informs them that since she's out of energy for the day, they'll resume the mission to capture Denji tomorrow. The next day, Quanxi and her girlfriends end up having sex all night long, which makes all the girlfriends exhausted. So as soon as they learn that Santa Claus is also in the area, Quanxi decides to put off getting involved until tomorrow again.
After Quanxi and her girlfriends masterfully and viciously attack the devil hunters and Santa Claus' army of dolls, Kishibe lets her know that she has two of her girlfriends hostage, threatening her with their lives. Quanxi manages to fight back again and save her girlfriends, but suddenly everything goes dark an enormous hand reaches down from the sky, transporting everyone inside the mall, including Quanxi, Pingtsi and Long to Hell.
In Hell, Quanxi offers the hunters a temporary alliance, as she notices the fiends starting to behave strangely. She then asks Long and Pingtsi if it is possible to get away from here, but Pingtsi begins to panic and asks Quanxi for permission to kill herself. Quanxi calls her stupid and says they'll get out of here somehow. In Hell, Quanxi, Long, and Pingtsi are killed by the Darkness Devil, but after Makima's intervention, their corpses return to the Earth. As Quanxi is a hybrid, Tsugihagi manages to revive her and Quanxi returns as the Crossbow Devil. She decides to deal with Chainsaw Man to kill Santa Claus, who caused death of her women. However, Santa Claus creates dolls from Long and Pingtsi's bodies, rendering Quanxi unable to kill them. The Doll of Pingtsi stabs Quanxi's body with her blade and Quanxi hugs her. Quanxi is briefly incapacitated for combat, but appears again with her two surviving girlfriends, when Chainsaw Man disables Santa Claus. She decapitates him. She then has Cosmo show off the power of Halloween to defeat Santa Claus forever.
After the fight, Quanxi wants to defeat Kishibe and Yoshida, but Makima appears and she stops. She raises her hands and surrenders. Cosmo and Tsugihagi hide behind her and hug her. Quanxi begs Makima to spare her girls live’s, Only for Makima to mercilessly decapitate all three.

Quanxi's Girlfriends is one of the most popular femslash ships in the Chainsaw Man fandom. It especially got very popular after the story itself made this lesbian, poly ship canon. Many fans of the ship often joke that they would love to be the "fifth girlfriend," and call Quanxi's girlfriends her "harem." When this ship was made official, it was considered very bold and significant since it was a lesbian poly relationship, in a shonen, and on top of that, in the "harem" trope that is overused in heterosexual characters, especially male ones, completely subverting expectations.
