QueenKaard is the het ship between Queen and Rouxls Kaard from the Deltarune fandom.

Canon

Rouxls Kaard had apparently never met Queen before, despite dialogue confirming that she was close to King, whom Rouxls served for until the three heroes defeated both and overthrew King's rule.

However, he willingly accompanied the heroes when journeying to the Light World, being carried to the library by Kris while reverted to his original playing card state. However, when Kris and Susie discover a new Dark World inside the library's computer room, Rouxls jumped out of Kris' pocket when they entered and immediately looked for its ruler to fulfill his desire to be of service to someone. The main group finds out about this from Queen's head butler Swatch, who tells them that Rouxls had made a mess of the place while trying to become "Butler Supremeth" when asked about Rouxls' whereabouts.

Once Kris and Ralsei bump into Rouxls again while "distracting" Queen by taking a swan boat ride on her acid lake, with Rouxls dressed like a pirate, opposing them and challenging them to a fight on gets to conquer the most decorative houses in the lake. He explains that he wants to offer Queen the entire miniature island as a gift to convince her to make him her "left"-hand-man. Regardless if they win or not, Rouxls will soon find out that he's not even supposed to be in this Dark World and his body is mostly petrified as a consequence for being incompatible.

When they are allowed to continue on thanks to Rouxls Kaard unintentionally clearing the way, backtracking to Swatch's Color Cafe has Swatch reveal that Rouxls had been evicted from the palace primarily because he had frantically been looking for Queen, trying to give her a bouquet of flowers. However, as he saw a woman approach and figured that there only being one other woman in Queen's court, he guessed that the woman has a 50% chance of being Queen and tossed an entire vase her way. However, the woman wasn't Queen but another subordinate of hers named "Tasque Manager", who used her electric whip on him as punishment for hitting her with a vase.

At some point, Rouxls was rescued off-screen by defectors of Queen's rule and provided his repurposed Thrash Machine when building a mech for the heroes to battle Queen's Giga Queen mech with. Once Queen is defeated, the heroes seal the fountain and relocate Queen and all of the other residents of the Cyber World in the school's storage closet, which Rouxls Kaard is already calling his home.

If most of Queen's subjects had been recruited, Queen will take parental responsibility for Lancer, which was already Rouxls Kaard main purpose. When Queen visits King in the dungeon to tell him that, Rouxls follows her to apologize to his former King by telling him that his Queen had found herself a "new man". Neither King nor Queen have any idea of who he's talking about, as Queen had never even talked to Rouxls Kaard before. Rouxls realizes just how poor of a first impression he left and quickly excuses himself, leading to Queen asking King who the hell he was once he leaves. When King tells her that he's Lancer's "lesser" father, Queen laughs at the thought of anyone being deemed "lesser" than King and then leaves as well.

Fanon

Though fans had already made fanart of a hypothetical Queen counterpart for King, fans did not ship her with Rouxls Kaard until Queen's proper debut in Chapter 2. Most of the shipping between them is motivated by Lancer already seeing Rouxls Kaard as a surrogate father, with Queen accepting the role of Lancer's mother leading to fans wanting Lancer to have a "complete" family. Many took the 2024 Valentine's newsletter as a confirmation that they at least asked each other to be their valentine, since they make references to each other in their respective greeting cards.

Though it is the closest ship to canon for both of them, as Rouxls Kaard very clearly has a crush on her, the Deltarune fandom mostly focusing on the playable characters has many deem QueenKaard to be a rarepair.
