Queens of Darkness is the poly ship between Maleficent, Ursula and Cruella de Vil from the Once Upon A Time fandom.

Maleficent, Ursula and Cruella are villains who were brought together by Rumplestiltskin, as he has the three meet at Maleficent's castle. A meeting Maleficent wasn't aware of when she finds Ursula and Cruella in her home, and assume that the two are trespasses. Not caring for their claims of them being summoned to the castle and acts hostile towards them, until Rumplestiltskin made himself known. The promise of villains like them having a happy ever after got them to hear him out.
Pre-Curse[]
DARKNESS ON THE EDGE OF TOWN
Ursula enters Maleficent's castle, taking out all the guards, when she is confronted by Maleficent. Ursula says she was invited, but Maleficent did no such thing. The two are interrupted when two dogs, and Cruella coming up behind them. She commands them to stop, and asks why she's supposed to be here. Maleficent thinks that's a lovely question considering she didn't ask for either to be there, with Cruella and Ursula both saying they were instructed to come. Maleficent says that she doesn't care, when they're suddenly interrupted by Rumplestiltskin who reveals himself to be the one who summoned them.
HEROES AND VILLAINS
Rumplestiltskin goes to rescue Belle, when Maleficent appears, and he assumes she's the one behind it all. He chokes her, and Maleficent says that she didn't come alone. Ursula then reveals herself, using her tentacle's to choke Belle. Cruella then steps out as well, surprising Rumplestiltskin as the last time all three were together, things didn't go their way. Cruella tells Ursula to start crushing Belle, and she does until Rumplestiltskin releases Maleficent and throws them the glove. Ursula says that they've lived too long in a world where the heroes win, and Cruela adds that it will reveal their enemies weaknesses. Maleficent then teleports the three of them away, letting Belle go in the process.

The Queens of Darkness being made out of three classic Disney villains is one of the things that fans loved about the trio. As season four of the OUAT series had them as the main focused villain group of that season. Some of the fanart on the trio is of their original animated selves dressed as their OUAT counterparts, so they can feature both versions of the three in one image or post.
Within the Disney crossover fandom, however, some fans feel that Cruella should be replaced by the Evil Queen. Thinking that Maleficent, the Evil Queen and Ursula would make a much better Disney villain trio. With Maleficent and Ursula having much more in common with the Evil Queen than with Cruella.

Trivia[]
- Cruella is the only member of the trio who wasn't a member of the Council of Disney Villains from the Kingdom Hearts series, nor does she appear in the franchise at all.
- Cruella wasn't a member of the Great Seven from Twisted Wonderland, while Maleficent and Ursula were. There is, however, a Night Raven teacher who is modelled after Cruella.
- The Descendants series has Maleficent, Cruella and Ursula as three of the villains to be trapped on the Isle of the Lost with their children. Maleficent's daughter, Mal is friends with Cruella's son and Ursula's daughter. Cruella being one of Maleficent's allies has her approve of their children's friendship, but the rivalry between her and Ursula had Maleficent be against their daughters' friendship and was pleased when they became rivals like their mothers, until Mal and Uma reconnected years later.
- This could also mean that Cruella and Ursula might not have been on friendly terms either, as Maleficent wouldn't have approved with one of her allies being friends with one of her rivals.
