Quiet Morning Meal is the poly ship between Dinah, Belle and Tassita from the Starlight Express fandom.

Act 1[]
Dinah, Belle and Tassita come out of the top of the stage and do some back up dancing for the trains on ground level. The three then skate down to be on the same level as everyone else. Rusty then appears and they take center stage in order to sing back up for him during "Crazy". Despite the insistence of the other engine's the coaches continue to support Rusty, taking a pose with him as they finish the song. The engine's then start picking on Rusty and Tassita tells them to leave him alone. Belle says to stop putting pressure on him, and Dinah tells them all to pick on someone their own size. The coaches then get annoyed by the engines and skate off to the upper part of the stage.
As Rusty starts arguing with the diesels, Tassita, Belle and Dinah point out how over his head Rusty is. Belle pointing out how he seems to assume everyone else will just let him win, while Tassita reminds them how small he is. Dinah joining in as they all agree that he's not very fast either. Control then announces that a new coach, Pearl, will be joining the yard and the three other coaches get excited. Though that's quickly put a stop too as they have to yell at the diesels to leave her alone. Rusty then calls down Dinah and introduces her, Dinah doing the same with Belle. Tassita introduces himself, and the four start to become friends, only to be annoyed by the engine's again. Dinah tells them to get lose and to keep down the noise, given that they've upset Tassita and woken up Belle. Belle tells them all that none of them are impressed by their attitude's when Greaseball starts pushing around Pearl. Tassita and Belle tells Dinah to do something, and Dinah steps in to tell Greaseball to stop.

Quiet Morning Meal is a rarepair in the StEx fandom. Mostly due to Dinah being part of one half of the main canon relationship of the show. Meaning most fans prefer to ship each of the coaches with others rather than each other. Its main rival ships include GreaseDinah, Quidrogen and SleepingFlash.
