Quintress is the femslash ship between Harley Quinn and Helena Bertinelli from the DC Extended Universe and DC Comics fandom.

Canon

Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn)

Harley is cornered by a guy who she did wrong in past, and is ready for a fight, when she ducks down upon noticing a penny. An arrow then goes through the guy, and Harley quickly hides behind him when she notices the person who shot him. She has no idea who the woman is, or what she had against Harley. The woman then drives off, leaving Harley confused.

Later, as Zsasz is about to shoot Harley, Helena comes in and shoots him. He falls next to Harley and she repeatedly stabs him with the sleep dart he hit her with, as Helena keeps her bow locked on him. After everyone returns to the room, Harley says she had no choice for trading Cassandra, due to having half the city, including the Crossbow Killer after her. Helena says she's not the crossbow killer and angrily points her bow at Harley. Harley puts her hands up and Helena removes her hood. Renee realizes that she's Helena Bertinelli, who Dinah knows of from the massacre, which Harley points out is some big childhood trauma. Helena explains how she killed all the men who shot her family, and Harley gives her a "bravo" for doing so. They then see the army that Sionis has outside, and Harley realizes that he's after all of them. Harley for robbing, Dinah for betraying, Renee for building a case against him, and Helena for killing Zsasz.

They start to get their gear in order when Helena gets mad at Dinah for calling her crossbow a bow and arrow. Harley then interrupts their arguing to tell Helena that psychologically, vengeance will rarely give catharsis. Helena looks confused and Harley asks if they're ready, when several guys drop in through the ceiling. They have to escape through a slide and Helena ends up jumping on a guy and stabbing him as they go down. The others stare at her when she arrives and she asks what the staring is for. Harley says she's so cool and they all start to head forward.
