RadioMaid is the family ship between Alastor and Niffty from the Hazbin Hotel fandom.
Canon[]
The initial interaction between Alastor and Niffty takes place in the Pilot when Alastor conjures Niffty from the fireplace, designating her as the Maid of the Hazbin Hotel. Niffty, known for her energetic and even chaotic behavior, creates a bit of fear in both the Hotel staff and fellow demons. Alastor not only tolerates it, but finds amusement in it. Towards the end of the pilot, Niffty is seen energetically walking next to Alastor while glancing at him multiple times with a wide smile.
Alastor is characterized by his inclination to invade others' personal space and playfully tease them. While he typically dislikes physical contact and detests having his hair touched, Niffty seems to have a higher level of acceptance from him. In the episode "Scrambled Eggs", Niffty climbs onto Alastor's head to gain a better look on Sir Pentious and share some thoughts. Remarkably, Alastor gently places her back on the floor after she finishes talking. However, when she climbs up again to ask him something else, he answers her without returning her to the ground, allowing her to decide when to descend at her own discretion.
In the Episode "Dad Beat Dad", as Lucifer and Alastor where fighting to get Charlie's acceptance and acknowledgment, there is a scene where Alastor says: "Remember when I fixed that clog today?", pulling Niffty out off a toilet, holding her in his arms. Later, Niffty responds with "I was stuck, thank you, sir!" And hugs him, with Alastor hugging her back. So far, Alastor has only hugged Niffty and Mimzy, along with Rosie to an extent.

This ship as a romantic pairing is not very famous within the fandom, but it has its certain amount of fans. Most people see them as a father-daughter dynamic due Niffty's childish attitude and Alastor's way of taking care of her. The interactions between Alastor and Niffty, such as her climbing on his head in "Scrambled Eggs" or "Dad Beat Dad", showcase this, as Alastor's willingness to let her stay there for a moment, rather than immediately putting her back on the floor, suggests a certain level of acceptance or at least a special exception in his usual boundaries, as he is confirmed to be a man who doesn't like others invading his personal space. Also, the contrasting aspects of their personalities—Alastor's reserved and commanding nature, and Niffty's lively and chaotic presence— is an interesting dynamic between the two. It is believed that Niffty herself proposed to make a deal with Alastor, but unlike Husk who made a deal for his own goals, she made it only to be near him. - Niffty likes anyone who is a man. Faustisse emphasized that Niffty is not very smart and that when she sees a man she instantly likes them.[1]
- Faustisse described Alastor's view of Niffty as like his "obnoxious adopted daughter". They joked that he finds her adorable, but also stupid, and that he would also forget her name.[2]
