Canon[]

Rosie and Alastor smiling at each other at the meeting
Alastor and Rosie are seen to be good friends, as they are fellow Overlords and have had a few appearances together before Hello Rosie! where their relationship is portrayed very positive. They are both willing to help each other and their frequent partnership is implied. According to Faustisse, Alastor considers Rosie, along with Niffty and Husk, to be his only close friends.[1]
In The Radio Demon Comic, Alastor passes by a group of girls from Cannibal Town and asks them to say a hello to Rosie for him. Alastor and Rosie are seen sitting next to each other at the Overlord meeting in the episode “Scrambled Eggs”, smiling widely at one another before the meeting starts. Both of them are even seen talking to each other for a bit, until Velvette arrives and interrupts the mood.
In “Hello Rosie!”, Alastor brings Charlie to Cannibal Town so they can ask Rosie for help in their time of need, and he describes her as a dear, charming and dangerous friend. When Charlie comments on how surprisingly nice the town is, Alastor concurs and explains it’s due a very special someone, that being Rosie.

Rosie greets Alastor fervently, grabbing his arm and twirling him around
Once arrived, Rosie immediately expresses her pleasant surprise and proceeds to rush over to him, raving about how the halls “lost its sparkle” without his “lively presence.” She leans against Alastor and twirls around before cutting herself off upon noticing Charlie—in which she claims that Charlie is much too young for Alastor before clarifying it was a jest. Rosie adds she knows Alastor’s an “ace in the hole”, resulting in Alastor’s confusion as he responds, “A what now?” Rosie asks Alastor to introduce her to Charlie in which he does, calling Rosie the most darling, delightful, and dangerous Overlord. Rosie laughs and calls him a charmer, before she acquaints herself with Charlie amiably. Throughout, Rosie comments on how polite Charlie is and tells Alastor to learn a thing or two.

Rosie gladly gives Alastor helpful, critical information
Before Charlie attempts to explain, Rosie casually offers Alastor information about the leadership of a territory of the city to which he politely declines, which may imply they partner together in various schemes. Afterwards, Alastor reveals they’re here to ask Rosie for help in fighting off the angels, in which Rosie shows a slight reluctance, before Alastor reminds her the cannibals will he able to eat their fill, leading to her agreement. Rosie comments that Alastor has never done her wrong before.

Alastor dances with Rosie
At the square, Rosie and Alastor share a brief moment of scoffing over Susan while warning Charlie, where Alastor finishes Rosie’s sentence. Later on, Rosie and Alastor watch Charlie’s attempt to win over the crowd singing “Ready For This”, standing next to each other encouragingly. Rosie happily grins upon seeing the townspeople sing along with Charlie, and Alastor smugly comments that he knew Charlie could do it all along. With this, the two break into a dance together, sharing duet lines while Alastor twirls Rosie around with one arm. After their brief sequence, they join Charlie together at the front to sing with her. Alastor and Rosie share more interactions throughout the rest of the musical number.
