Ralida is the het ship between Wreck-It Ralph and Merida from the Disney fandom.

As Ralph and Merida are from different series, they have never met in canon. As well as the fact that Merida is also a Pixar character. Even though a few Disney crossover video games could have them cross paths with each other or get them added in the same team, by player choice.

Both Ralph and Merida are shown to have fiery tempers. Whenever their tempers get the better of them they break thing. Much like how Merida longs for a more freeing life without her princess duties and studies, Ralph is tired of being treated like a "bad guy" when he is really a nice person outside game play.

In Ralph Breaks the Internet, Ralph encounters the online version of Merida that is known as a "netizen". They meet shortly after she and the other Princesses work to save his life. Merida's role in saving Ralph had her using her bow and arrow to send the weaved strands of Rapunzel's hair, along with Jaq and Gus to Anna and Cinderella, in order to create a dress made parachute to caught and deliver Ralph to safety.

Disney ship fans enjoy doing crossover ships, and the femslash ships are commonly with its iconic Disney Princesses. Both Merida and Ralph have been shipped by a small group of fans who believe that a few of their similar traits could have them get along with each other. As good friends or lovers, since the Pixar film, Brave, has shown that Merida is interested in strong, buff men. There have even been fans who have included Ralph, along with Vanellope, within the Rise of the Brave Tangled Dragon fandom, as guest or secondary/honorary members. It might be one of the less popular ships in the Disney fandom, but it still has a loyal following among het shipper fans of their two Disney films.

As two Disney CGI characters that have been featured in both the Big 4 and Disney/Non-Disney crossover fandoms, the two are often featured in AUs. Like the Marvel AUs of its cinematic universe, where both Ralph and Merida are commonly portrayed as the Hulk and Black Widow.

Due to the modern setting in Wreck-It Ralph compared to Brave, along with Ralph briefly meeting the Netizen version of Merida in Ralph Breaks the Internet, she is sometimes portrayed with the more modern looking clothes that her online counterpart wears in the sequel film.
