Opening Sequence[]
In the opening sequence of the show, Wayne and Raj sit next to each other on a log while the two, along with Zee, cheer for Ripper, who was chugging a pot of beans.
Meet The Victims[]

Wayne and Raj were introduced together, both coming from Northern Alberta and entering as a "package deal." While on the boat, Raj imagined the lake freezing in winter and becoming ice, and so Wayne said it'd be the "biggest hockey rink ever" before they both laughed. When they entered the dock, the two began to trash-talk the other team, with Raj saying that he'd "be more impressed with a clogged toilet." Ripper attempted to insult them back, but he stuttered and so Raj said that he thinks the "half-naked one's broken." Wayne tells him to be nice in a joking manner, saying it might be Ripper's "first day with a new mouth hole," resulting in the two laughing and Ripper attempting to fight them before being stopped by Axel. Then both of them were placed on the "Frogs of Death." While unpacking, the two discussed how their team had some "real hotties," before they were interrupted by Bowie. When Chris was explaining the rules of the challenge, the two chuckled at the word: "booby-traps," showing that they're partially immature. After Chris told them about the reward of eating pizza and wings, the two boys smiled and gave each other a fist bump. During the challenge, Wayne became a bucket carrier, while Raj was one of the people who would pull up the buckets. When things looked bad for their team, Wayne told Nichelle to give him her bucket and get on his back, and said he was a "piggyback champ." When MK didn't appear to believe it, Raj backed him up, saying he had won the Prince Albert Piggyback Tournament 3 years in a row. When voting time comes, Wayne and Raj ask each other who they voted for, but they misunderstood and voted for each other, hoping they would "win." When Chris explained the vote, they apologized to him, calling him "coach" and saying it was their bad.
Pirates of the Cabbagean[]
During the challenge, Wayne declared he should be captain of the ship because he was captain of the hockey team. MK argued that hockey and sailing weren't similar at all, but she was cut off by Raj, who said: "Go Snow Owls!" Wayne then tasked Raj and MK to get the "fruit" for the cannons, even though cabbages aren't a fruit. After Wayne figures out a plan, Raj agrees and they explain it to their team in hockey terms, which nobody understands. Due to that, Wayne then explains it in a way they do understand, while Raj smiles and nods behind him. When Zee attempts to ram the "Frogs of Death's" ship, Wayne yells out for more cabbages, so Raj runs towards him, saying he's got them. When they fail to throw enough cabbages at the opposing team's ship, Raj yells that Zee is going to hit them, and Wayne yells for the team to "brace for impact." When their team wins, the two cheer and hug each other. They then trash-talk the "Ferocious Trout" again, saying they're "crummy" and calling them "fart faces." Chris congratulates them for winning, saying they could become pirates if hockey doesn't work out. The two laugh at that, revealing in the confessional that they would want to become beekeepers if hockey doesn't work out, because they both love syrup, unaware bees don't make syrup.

Drown Town Abbey[]
Wayne, Raj and Emma praise Nichelle.
Wayne and Raj sit outside their cabins with Emma and Nichelle as they talk about some of the greatest movies Nichelle starred in. Raj and Bowie were sitting at a table as they ate breakfast and talked about how Raj once swallowed three teeth, only for Wayne to interrupt and challenge Raj to see who could finish breakfast the fastest. Raj dumped the bowl into his mouth while Wayne used spoons to eat, so Wayne accused Raj of cheating. Raj told him that he "never called no dumping," so Wayne told him that dumping was illegal and that Raj knew it. Due to that, Millie wrote them down in her notebook, saying in the confessional that "the human race is in serious jeopardy." When Julia is picked to sit out for the challenge, the Hockey Bros look down at her while frowning. When the water tank pops out of the ground, Wayne and Raj look at the tank with a confused look. Chef says that the challenge is called the "Obstacle Course of Death," causing Wayne and Raj to gasp. When the challenge starts, Wayne tells everyone to "grab a knee," and the two boys are the first, and only ones to do it. When MK speaks for everyone saying that they weren't going to do that, Wayne tells her that there's no "we" in team, and Raj says that's since it would be called "tweam," so Wayne backs him up by saying: "Yeah, and no one says that."

As Raj easily takes the lead in the challenge, Wayne shouts: "Nice one, Rajie!" After Raj falls, Wayne acknowledges the pain, but tells Raj to keep going, which makes Raj stand up and say "A Snow Owl never quits!" Raj successfully receives the number, so Wayne shouts out "Hoot!" As Bowie glides through the course with ease, both of the Hockey Bros are impressed by his skills, with Wayne saying he's "got some moves" and Raj accidentally complimenting his looks, which Wayne didn't catch. When Bowie made it back, he high-fived both Wayne and Raj. When Wayne had to go, Raj did a chant with him and squeezed a bottle of Water in Wayne's face, cheering for him as he ran the course. Despite Nichelle's multiple failed attempts, the two boys continued to believe she was an action hero, causing MK to say in response: "Is she?" They then gasp when they find out Nichelle uses a stunt double, but Wayne gets confused and believes she named a wig Jerry before Raj corrects him. As Nichelle cries on the ground, Wayne and Raj look at her, upset about the earlier events. During voting time, the two were upset that she never did anything, and they realized all TV shows and movies were lies, but assumed they could still trust wrestling.
Numbskull Island[]

While outside the cabins, Wayne and Raj can't believe Nichelle is faking everything. MK tells them that not everything on TV is real, resulting in the two believing that aliens are coming for Earth since Nichelle stopped an alien invasion in the movies. When the boys realize that they are on TV too, they begin having an existential crisis, believing they aren't real either. The Hockey Bros once again explained a plan to their team in hockey terms, which nobody understood. Bowie compared the "hockey jocks" to puppies in the confessional: "not the smartest, but adorable." When they were chased by Scary Girl, who was riding a jackhammer, the two boys said she would've gotten a penalty, and Wayne said she would've gotten a "10 to 20 for attempted murder." Raj laughed and said "nice one," before he added that he meant the joke, and that murder wasn't nice, which Wayne called "deep." Later, Wayne, Raj, Bowie and MK hide in a bush. Wayne says they need a decoy, and so Raj asks MK to do it, which Wayne smiles at. Later, Ripper sends boulders at them, which crushes Wayne. Raj acknowledges the pain, but says that it was a "clean hit." Bowie then saved Raj from getting crushed but left Wayne behind to get squished once more. Since Bowie laid on top of Raj, Wayne began to believe Raj was gay and grew excited for Raj to tell him.
Fanon[]
Rayne has been shipped since the reboot was made. This might be because it's a similar ship to the BFFFLs, as they're both best friends who do everything together. However, quite a few people prefer the pair to stay as friends, due to popular ships such as Rajbow or Juliayne. Some people ship Rajbow and Rayne, and so the ship Raynebow was created. Even then, more of the fandom views Wayne and Raj's relationship in a platonic sense.
