ReiAni is the het ship between Reiner Braun and Annie Leonhart from the Attack on Titan fandom.
Canon[]
The two are Eldians who lived on Marley as Honorary Marleyans in Liberio. Their relationship is known to be professional as they're inheritors of the titans Marley owned in the Warrior unit. Reiner being the Armored Titan, and Annie the Female Titan. They're also childhood friends, alongside Bertolt. Reiner and Annie, along with two other warriors, were sent to Paradis Island to take back the Founding Titan.
On their way to the walls of Paradis, their leader, Marcel, is eaten by a pure titan, meaning they lost the Jaw Titan. Due to this situation, Annie gave up and told Reiner she wanted to go home since they don't have a leader to rely on anymore. Reiner rejects this decision, telling Annie they can't go home as they need to complete the mission. Because Reiner knew that if they didn't finish the mission, he would most likely get fed to the next warrior as punishment for the three of them. Annie kicks Reiner in the jaw and proceeds to tell him that he should tell the commander that it's his fault, before continually stomping on Reiner's face and saying Elidans and Marleyans are both liars that only think of themselves. She also proclaims how much she wants to go home and see her father. Annie continues and tells Reiner that if he's sorry, then he should die as a way to own up for his mistakes. As Annie leaves, Reiner jumps behind her and begins to choke her and tell Annie that if she wants Reiner to be Marcel (which means becoming a leader), then he'll be Marcel.
They continue the mission which will be known as 'that day' for the people in Shiganshina District. Eventually, the two joined the Training Corps as a way to get closer to the interior police. During their training, Reiner tells Eren to punish Annie by attacking her since she was slacking off. After this, Annie attacks Reiner for starting a fight after she finishes off Eren. Reiner, Annie, and Bertolt have a meeting as it was five years ever since the mission of taking the Founding has started. During the meeting, Annie tells the two how she wanted to go back to Marley but Reiner disagrees and brings up a new plan to bring out the Founding Titan by destroying Wall Rose.

ReiAni is not as popular due to both characters having more popular ships like, BeruAni and AruAni, that are also both semi-canon. Majority of the shippers see ReiAni's ship more platonically than romantically. However, the ship still has a small fanbase, that enjoys the little fan content that exists for the ship.
