Rekoyo is the family ship between Koyomi Kyan and Reki Kyan from the SK8 the Infinity fandom.

Canon

Since both are siblings, Koyomi knows about Reki's daily life. Both are the eldest siblings of the family. When Reki's routine starts in episode 7, he quickly leaves his house, and Koyomi comments on how he used to barely make it in time, referring on how Reki was out earlier than other times. The next day, Reki's seen discouraged than the past day, to the point that he didn't pick up his bento (according to his mother) and Koyomi peeks from a door as she comments on how it was "going to rain". In fact, she did predict that something bad was going to happen that day, as Reki had fought Langa and so left him behind in the rain, but didn't tell his family however.

When Reki comments on how it looked uncool when he remembered seeing Langa's sad reflection on the window at school, Koyomi suddenly appears to ask him about what was "uncool", adding that her Big Brother was uncool too. Reki denies that he wasn't talking about himself and Koyomi instead asks who was he calling uncool to, but she doesn't get an answer, which made her think that he really was talking about himself. Still, for cheering him up, she comments about how he was slightly cool when while he's skateboarding, and with the comment it made Reki's eyebrows to raise a bit. She then asks him about why hasn't he doing skateboarding lately. Reki only vaguely responds that there were times when he felt like that, and Koyomi only makes an understanding noise as she left the room which Reki was.

At dinner, Reki looked even more down, and Koyomi tells him on how he was an idiot (in an attempt to cheer him up), but he only thanks at it, while she, along with the other members of the family, glared at him dumbfounded at his response. When Reki is back at his usual self, he's seen happily eating his breakfast as the family could glare at him in surprise (except Koyomi, who was only looking at him with an uninterested look), and when he retires from the table, Koyomi only could say she wasted her time on worrying about him. In one of the moments from the end credits of the anime, Reki is seen teaching his siblings to skate, starting with Nanaka and Chihiro, and when they fell, Koyomi appears to show her unexpected ability, which it surprised Reki when she demonstrated it to him, while doing a peace sign. The whole family saw in shock and surprise about Koyomi's skill at skateboarding, even being her first time on a board.

In the OVA, Langa and Miya are forced to seek shelter in Reki's house due to a sudden rain shower. Once there, they decide to pass the time by playing Karuta, a traditional Japanese card game, with Koyomi joining in. The interactions between Reki and Koyomi highlight their typical sibling dynamic—playful yet caring, and also protective on Reki's part, which can be noticed when at a certain point of the game, Miya accidentally touches Koyomi's hand, prompting Miya to be a little surprised, but also for Reki appearing between them and warning Miya to not even dare. In the end, Reki and Langa lose against Miya and Koyomi, and are punished by the girl to buy ice cream while carrying each other on their backs.

Fanon

The brother-sister bond both share is liked by the fans, and with it Koyomi even gained fans with her sister supporting to Reki when he was feeling down, even if it was for a brief moment. Even so, the charitable attitude that Reki's sister had in the anime is appreciated in the fandom. Although Koyomi wasn't really on screen that much time, she's currently one of the most liked characters whom lend support to Reki. In fan arts, they are drawn together as both are the older siblings from the Kyan Family, and also because share the same vibing of both being cheerful. Sometimes their little sisters also join in, Nanaka and Chihiro respectively, or even Langa Hasegawa too.

Koyomi is often depicted as a pro skater in future AU's (the first skater of the anime being a woman), just like Reki, as she was inspired by him to skate in first place. Along with her other family too, they join the skateboard world with Reki but mostly focusing on Koyomi who in headcanon aspires for being a professional female skater just like her brother. She also fullfills her role of the Cool Big Sis kind, supporting her brother and helping him in what's at her reach. Since it was also mentioned her inspiration to skate was none other than her brother himself, Reki helps her to achieve this dream in order to one day managing to skate alongside each other, Langa included too, and possibly with the whole family too.
