Rhoambosa is a het ship between Urbosa and King Rhoam from The Legend of Zelda fandom.
Canon[]
Breath of the Wild[]
Urbosa is a close associate with King Rhoam as she is friends with his wife and was introduced to the newborn Zelda. Six years later, she, along with the king, attend Zelda's mother's funeral and both saw how Zelda never shed a single tear throughout the funeral, though they do worry for her since the princess has no one left to teach her how to access her power, which isn't helped that Calamity Ganon is prophesied to return within their lifetimes. A year later, Urbosa pays a visit to Hyrule Castle to visit the Royal Family out of worry for the young princess and Rhoam allows her to accompany her as she goes out to train for her power, which did not go as well as expected.
Rhoam would later select four Champions to become the pilots of the Divine Beasts with Urbosa being one of them and she would later attend the Champion inauguration ceremony with Link, Mipha, Daruk, and Revali. He gives a speech to them along with their vows to protect Hyrule from Calamity Ganon. This would be the closest known time that Rhoam and Urbosa share the same screentime together as they are both killed by Calamity Ganon and Link would be sent to the Shrine of Resurrection to recover so he can set things right again by liberating the Divine Beasts and defeating Calamity Ganon to allow them to rest peacefully.
Age of Calamity[]
King Rhoam and Urbosa have very limited interaction with each other in the base game, aside from their banter between them during the challenges when they are battle partners, but when the Guardian of Remembrance DLC Pack 2 came out, it shows them having a fully voiced dialogue for the very first time. King Rhoam had already barely survived the encounter with a horde of Guardians due to the Ancient Guardian Shield that Zelda gave him to deflect the lasers and escaped the castle unscathed. He fights through several hordes of monsters and eventually becomes exhausted at the worst time when reinforcements approached him. Fortunately, Urbosa appeared with many Gerudo soldiers, refusing to let the king die. After that, King Rhoam apologizes to Urbosa for causing her trouble, but Urbosa tells him that losing him would have been the real issue and adds that Zelda is looking for him and her wings have grown strong, even more than even her own mother, Rhoam thanks her and heads to the Great Plateau to meet with her there as Urbosa muses that her efforts were not in vain.
Fanon[]
Rhoambosa doesn't get too many ships, due to how rare it is for stories like these to occur. Stories do tend to have Urbosa not like Rhoam, due to how he treats Zelda which only adds to her anxiety that she already has over her dormant power. However, there are fans who do wish that the two of them could have been together, since Zelda's mother was long dead which leaves Rhoam open for remarriage and Urbosa has long since established a good relationship with the queen and Zelda which is clear that the princess needs a mother in her life who would help encourage and ease her worries. With Age of Calamity having set up a new timeline where the Champions as well as Rhoam survive, this is highly possible that Rhoam would end up fully repairing his strained relationship with Zelda to atone for his actions towards her, and potentially end up remarrying, with Urbosa being a potential suiter.
