Rikona is the het ship between Soomatomo Riku and Harukawa Kokona from the Yandere Simulator fandom.

Story Mode (202X)[]
In the game, Riku has feelings for Kokona. If Ayano looks at Riku’s information, Ayano finds out that Riku is in love with is Kokona. Other than that, it seems like Kokona is oblivious to Riku’s feelings. They are both students of the drama club and participate in the activities of the drama club. If the player kills Kokona in front of Riku, Riku will act the opposite of his normal personality and attack the player (even though his strength is low.)
Riku has purple hair, one of the features that Kokona finds attractive. In the game's training mode, Riku appears alongside Kokona (and other drama club members) game training with Ayano. Kokona and Riku share some common likes, including: Cooking, Drama, Cats, Justice, Socializing, and they also have some things they don't like: Video games, Violence, Gossip.
Before Demo[]
While Kokona was test rival, YandereDev made Riku Kokona's suitor to test the matchmaking elimination method. If Ayano wants to eliminate Kokona through matchmaking, she needs to match her with Riku. During the matchmaking, Riku changes his appearance according to the features Kokona finds attractive. He reads books with Ayano to become smarter and compliments her and gives her a rose as a gift. If Riku (and Ayano) are successful in the matchmaking, Kokona will write a letter to Riku, her new crush, instead of Taro on Friday, and when Riku finds the letter and comes to the sakura tree, he will reciprocate Kokona's new feelings and they will kiss together, and the next day they will hold hands together as a couple. They will come to school. İf Ayano attacks and kills Riku while they are a couple together, Kokona will attack Ayano and try to neutralize her, even though her strength is low.If Riku and Kokona are a couple, Riku learns that Kokona's father is in debt, so Riku helps Kokona's father pay to his debts.

The Rikona ship came into being when Riku became Kokona's suitor and is a popular ship for both characters. Currently, this ship is Riku's most popular ship and Kokona's second most popular ship. This ship currently rivals Kokona's most popular ship, Sakona, with whom she is paired, and is often overshadowed by Sakona because many fans like Saki and Kokona's dynamic better, and many people think that Riku is very similar to Kokona in appearance. Finds this ship boring due to its similarity. Currently this ship has average fan art and pose mode art.
