Jinx is introduced in the show's fourth season as an inmate at Bludhaven's prison, and escapes when Dick alongside Koriand'r attempt to consult her about their conflicts with a new magical foe Mother Mayhem. After tracking her down, it is revealed that she and Dick had teamed up before and for a brief time had a sexual relationship that Jinx takes enjoyment out of teasing Dick about.

JINX

Dick arrives at Bludhaven prison to meet an inmate there whom he had met before. He doesn't reveal the full extent of his past with Jinx to Kory, and after Jinx's escape he knew her well enough to know where they would be able to find her next. Kory is petrified by the artifact Jinx was stealing as part of a bounty, and Dick accompanies Jinx to the elves whom own the artifact in order to get the spell reversed. After fighting the elves, Dick angrily confronts Jinx having learned that she could have freed Kory from the spell herself and was trying to dupe Dick. He finds out that Jinx owes an unknown entity a large sum of money, and no sooner does she reveal an amount of five million dollars. Dick arranges for it to be sent to her account in a set amount of days dependent on her helping the Titans against the threat of Mother Mayhem.

BROTHER BLOOD

While working with the Titans figure out how to find and access Mother Mayhem's temple, Jinx is approached by Dick who compliments and thanks her for her help. He holds up his phone, showing the money he is paying her to clear her debts in exchange for helping the team, and tells her she has more than earned the five million pending. Jinx appears hurt by this but attempts to hide it; implying that while she began working with them for the sake of the money, her motives for helping the Titans had changed over the last few days and it became more about the team and Dick than about payment.

When the Titans eventually confront Mother Mayhem, Jinx freezes her and attempts to defeat her there and then. Jinx is taken off guard when the frozen Mother Mayhem is still able to move her staff just enough to stab Jinx through the stomach, and as she dies Jinx groans "not again". Seeing Jinx dead on the ground, Dick abandons his fight to check on her.

The ship is a rarepair that has a small following in their 2003 Teen Titans and Teen Titans Go! universes. However small, this remains their largest following of any adaptation due to the characters typically being enemies and having more significant friendships and romances with other characters.

Jinx's introduction in Titans as an ex-lover of Dick's was not well received by many fans, most of whom were long time shippers of DickKory and most had expected Jinx to fill a similar role as Rachel and Rose had in previous seasons as a daughter-like figure, given her apparent similar age to them. Many felt the inclusion of another ex-lover of Dick's was poorly timed, given that he's had three in the series so far. Some disagreed with the logic of giving them a sexual backstory at all, feeling it did not add to the overall story. The ship has some fans however, including Lisa Ambalavanar, the actress for Jinx in Titans.
