Robeather is the cargo ship between Heather and The Drama Machine from the Total Drama fandom.
Canon[]
Total Drama Revenge of the Island[]
In "Bigger, Badder, and Brutal-er", Chris re-introduced the entire OG cast, sailing them all in by cruise ship. Heather was seeing being held in the arms of The Drama Machine. Heather was folding her arms and scowling in anger at the robot. Alejandro was the one inside this robot machine. However, whether Heather knew it was him in there or not remains ambiguous. Either way, she hated that creepy robot.
Total Drama All-Stars[]
In "Heroes vs. Villains", Jo complained about how The Heroic Hamsters outnumbered The Villainous Vultures by one teammate. Chris gave in to her complaints and put the Drama Machine on her team as a villain. This put Heather and the robot on the same team. When the robot joined the Vultures, he got up really close to Heather. Heather got annoyed with him invading her personal space and pushed it back, calling it a toaster. In the confessional, Heather shuttered and said that there was something about that robot she just didn't like. When the teams were walking to the cliff to their first challenge, Heather was being followed uncomfortably close by the robot. Heather spat back at the bucket of bolts, demanding it keep away from her.
For the cliff diving challenge, Scott was afraid to jump into the water so he clinged onto a rock, while Lightning tried to pull him off. When Lightning finally pulled Scott off, he fell back and slammed into the robot, knocking it off the cliff. The robot plummeted into the water, where its electricity shorted out and it was completely incapacitated. Heather was relieved about the robot's shutting down and stated "Goodbye and Good Riddance" in the confessional. However, shortly afterward, Fang, along with several other sharks, swam up to this robot and started gnawing at it. This made the robot explode, launching none other than Alejandro out of the robot suit, in a geyser of explosion. As Alejandro's newly released body gleamed in the sunlight, Heather, along with all the other contestants who were present, were completely awestruck at what they saw. Heather, especially screamed out in terror, infuriated that Alejandro was back. You could even say that she would have preferred the robot over him.
Fanon[]
Heather X Drama Machine is a very niche rarepair in the fandom. This ship isn't necessarily Aleheather, although in some cases, it does overlap. More as it is a ship between Heather and the robot, rather than the man inside the suit. Some fans believe that because Heather is such a cruel and spiteful person, she doesn't deserve to be with a real human, as she would only mistreat, manipulate, and eventually break up with them. They find a robot partner to be a far superior match for her, as it's not a real person. They also consider Heather's repulsion from this robot to be karmic justice for how she acts in the show.
However, some Roboheather shippers do use this ship as a surrogate for Aleheather. Especially those who like Heather as a character. They largely preferred the chemistry between Alejandro and Heather in the robot suit, rather than his actual human body. The fact that Heather didn't know who was in the robot suit, coupled with Alejandro being unable to talk and tell Heather anything, created for some farcical humor as well as some mystery to their relationship. Many Roboheather shippers will tell you that "The Robot" was one of the positive elements of Total Drama All-Stars and they wished it would have been fleshed out more and drawn out longer before Alejandro broke out of the robot suit.
