Rodella is the het ship between Rodney and Ella from the Total Drama fandom.

Interestingly, Ella is one of the few girls on the island who Rodney has never been romantically attracted to. This is mostly because they were on different teams, with Ella being on Wâneyihtam Maskwak and Rodney, who only fell in love with girls on his own team, being on Pimâpotew Kinosewak. However, the lack of love between the pair was also partly because of their limited screentime together, resulting in a lack of one-on-one interactions.
The only time they ever interacted directly was in the episode "I Love You, I Love You Knots". Rodney was one of the people who found it sweet when Ella said that she would gladly change whatever it is that's keeping her and Sugar from being friends. At the climax of the episode, Ella and Rodney serve as the representatives for their respective teams in the sudden death match of the challenge. Ella and Rodney both have to untie little burlap sacks with remotes in them. Whoever gets their remote first and presses the button to shock the other person's team wins. While Rodney struggled to untie his rope, due to him having fat fingers, Ella effortlessly untied her rope without any problem. Before pressing her button, Ella kindly offered to help Rodney untie his bag. Chris got mad at Ella for being so stupid and just yelled at her to press the button, herself. Ella refused because it was just too mean for her to do such a thing. However, Clucky came in and snatched her remote from her and repeatedly pecked the button, shocking Rodney and the rest of Pimâpotew Kinosewak. This was considered a win for Wâneyihtam Maskwak and due to his incompetence and failure to beat Ella, Rodney got eliminated.

Rodney and Ella, although somewhat of a rarepair with only a handful of fanart on DeviantArt and two fanfictions on AO3, is a well-favored ship in the fandom. Fans believe that there's potential for a romantic story arc between Rodney and Ella that could blossom in another season with them. Because Rodney never fell in love with Ella, their ship is a blank slate for untapped potential, as it's unknown how exactly they could work out as a real couple. Ella's fairytale-like outlook on life and her search for a "Prince Charming" blends beautifully with Rodney's hopeless romantic personality and his eloquently worded speeches he makes about the women he loves. Them becoming boyfriend and girlfriend could be a huge turning point for both of them. In Rodney's case, he could finally stop falling in love with every random girl he crosses paths with and finally settle on one serious relationship. In Ella's case, she could finally move on from her unrequited love for Dave and be with a boy who not only reciprocates her feelings, but would also treat her with respect.
