Rosayato is the het ship between Rosaria and Kamisato Ayato from the Genshin Impact fandom

Rosaria and Ayato never met due to Rosaria being from Mondstandt and Ayato being from Inazuma.
They do have a few similarities, firstly white being a part of their color scheme, and another being that they both often show little emotion and have importance for their jobs. Other than this, they have nothing else in common as Ayato often shows way more emotion than Rosaria. For instance, Ayato is someone who is always cheery and cares a lot about the clan (but mostly his sister, Ayaka) while Rosaria is usually more focused on the job at hand and doesn’t let anyone get her way. On one of his animation idles, Ayato is seen drinking a cup of boba milk tea, and Rosaria is often seen drinking alcohol in the promos/event videos.
Ayato and Rosaria are of different classes, with Rosaria being a simple nun from Mondstandt while Ayato is the leader and future heir of the Kamisato clan, making him much higher of class then Rosaria. The two also having very different personalities: Ayato is calm but sweet and caring, showing a little more of emotion, while Rosaria is stoic, very harsh and willing to take down those in her way. She thinks her job is way more important unlike Ayato who is willing to put his family first and his role as the head of the Kamisato Clan later to make his sister Ayaka happy.
Ayato and Rosaria clearly with very different personalities and feelings towards things that they put first, makes them fall under the Opposites Attract trope because of all those factors. It would make sense that they could not easily get along with each other. Ayato could try his best to be kind while Rosaria would just brush off this and his kind remarks.
Rosaria and Ayato also look very different with the way Rosaria has red hair and black bottoms while Ayato has blue hair and generally blue color schemes for his clothing. The only thing in common is that their looks have a lot of white and also being in the tall category. They also have very different skin tones where Ayato is light and fair Rosaria’s skin is much gray and not as fair as Ayato which really makes them fit under Opposites Attract.

Rosayato is very much a rarepair, the rivals of this ship being Rosaeya and Rosabara for Rosaria and ThomaTo, AyaItto and Yaeyato for Ayato. However Rosaria is a trained assassin, and Ayato is at risk of being assassinated for being a political figure, so Rosaria could work as Ayato's bodyguard if this were the case.
They also have little and next to no fanart due to being a rarepair and are very much a little-known ship, mostly because they never interacted and are from different parts of Teyvat. Often though, the two are drawn together with when shipping Rosaria with Kaeya and Ayato with Yae Miko, as those ships share a lot in common. Often those characters are drawn as Team Rocket because of the very similar dynamics.
Rosaria was, however, seen on Ayato banner for the second half of 3.3. Their elements, Hydro and Cyro, are often considered good with one another on teams and Rosaria and Ayato are often used together on teams. A video on youtube even features these two together as the person who made the video try to build them both showing what works well with them on a team. In fact, with their elements and kits, they are some of the few character combinations who can effectively do a freeze comp, a team combination that causes enemies to be frozen for long durations of time.
Rosaria and Ayato also have so much that make them fall under the trope of Opposite Attracts trope with all their details, being their personality and looks.
