One in a Million[]
Roy and Kyle are hanging out at a diner when Roy decides to try and shoot an apple off if Kyle's head to impress a waitress. Kyle is angry when Roy nearly hits him, but Roy reminds him that he never misses. He then asks if Kyle wants to play darts and Kyle says he won't do it for money. Roy says it's just for fun and tells Kyle to go first. Kyle misses and remind Roy how bad he is at this, but Roy says he just needs practice and can't use his ring for everything. Kyle says he gets by fine and asks if Roy is still dating Donna. Roy says it's complicated and asks if Kyle being mad about that is the reason they haven't been hanging out as much. Kyle says he's not mad, and Roy remembers that Kyle's been dating a green alien named Jade. Kyle says it's complicated, and Roy suggests that Kyle stop by the Titans more often, which Kyle is unsure about. They then both get a call, and Kyle says that he'll give him a lift.
The lift turns out to be a will powered baby basset, much to Roy's anger. Kyle says he's even lucky he's letting him tag along, and Roy says that Kyle's the one tagging along since it's clearly a Titans mission. Kyle says it's a JLA mission, and reminds Roy that he's still with the "Teen Titans". Roy then reminds him that he's been hero-ing a lot longer than Kyle has, and Kyle asks why he's not JLA yet. They're bickering coming to an end when they reach their destination, and Roy deciding that it's a JLA mission.

RoyKyle is a rarepair in the DC fandom, and both the Green Arrow and Green Lantern sub-fandoms. Mostly due to Kyle's lack of current content making it hard for modern readers to start shipping them. Fans do tend to ship it due to previous Arrow/Green Lantern friendships being the mainstay of both families. However, RoyKyle tends to get overshadowed by ConnorKyle, the relationship between Kyle and the second Green Lanter, Roy's brother, Connor Hawke. On AO3, there are currently 15+ written works.
