RubyPana is the femslash ship between Ruby Kurosawa and Hanayo Koizumi from the Love Live! fandom.
Canon[]
Outside of All Stars, Hanayo and Ruby have never met canonically, but they have many similarities. Hanayo and Ruby are both first years who have the Pure attribute and joined their respective idol groups as the fourth member. They are also both in the Smile sub-unit of their groups. They are both very shy and easily frightened girls, but are very passionate about idols and can seem like a different person when this side of them comes out. Additionally, Hanayo and Ruby have a food item as their character symbol; Hanayo has a bowl of rice and Ruby has a lollipop.
School Idol Festival ALL STARS[]
In Hanayo's side story "I Love School Idols", Hanayo and Ruby are hanging out together, sketching out stage designs. Ruby likes that they can chat to share ideas with each other while drawing. Ruby shows Hanayo her sketch of an ocean inspired stage, which Hanayo thinks is perfect for Aqours and makes her want to cheer for them with blue light-sticks. Ruby gets nervous thinking about Hanayo coming to see the show, so Hanayo gives her some juice to calm down. Ruby then asks to see Hanayo's drawing. After hearing her explain it, Ruby says she would want to be a sparkle in the audience with green light-sticks— Hanayo's colour. Ruby and Hanayo realize they are the same in that they both love their idol groups a lot.
In Ruby's side story "Winter Highlights", Ruby and Hanayo are spending time together in a cafe, enjoying hot chocolate. They talk about what they look forward to in winter and agree on warm drinks and clothes. After tasting their desserts, Ruby offers for Hanayo to try her apple pie, and in turn Hanayo gives Ruby some French toast. Hanayo thinks Ruby looked cute as she enjoyed her dessert. Ruby gets embarrassed and tells her to stop teasing.
In Episode 15 of Hanayo's Bond Story, Hanayo is helping middle and elementary school students at the Next School Idol Fair. Ruby shows up, thinking it's just for anyone who is interested in school idols. The protagonist suggests that Hanayo give Ruby some advice. Ruby is honoured by it and is incredibly happy afterwards, noting in particular that she said it doesn't matter if she's a scatterbrain.

RubyPana is not a popular ship in the Love Live! fandom since the two aren't from the same idol group, but it's more popular than other cross-group pairings thanks to all their similarities. The two of them are sometimes portrayed as being too shy for one of them to confess to the other, even if they both like each other.
