RyoMoe is the het ship between Ryō Shriogane and Moe Yanagida in the Tokyo Mew Mew fandom.
Canon[]
Moe first met Ryō while she was being ganged up and harassed by a group of men. Ryō yelled at them for daring to treat a woman like that and threw one of the thugs onto the ground. The other four thugs tried to intimidate Ryō and pointed out that he was outnumbered, but he was unfazed and threatened to do the same to other thugs, so they fled. Moe immediately became infatuated with Ryō after he selflessly put his own safety at risk to save her from the thugs.
Moe was at Cafe Mew Mew the next day while Ichigo was serving her cake. Ichigo commented that she and Miwa do not know what it is like to be in love, but she and Miwa both giggled and explained that they had encounters with love the other day. Moe then gasped as she saw Ryō standing in the corner of the restaurant, revealing that he was the one she had fallen for. The next day at school, Moe told Ichigo the story of how he saved her from the group of thugs.
Ichigo later brought Moe and Miwa to Cafe Mew Mew so that they could see Ryō and Keiichiro, and the latter served them tea. Moe asked Ryō why he saved her the other day and he simply answered that he 'felt like it'. Ryō was told toward Moe the entire time but this did not bother her, as she found him to be 'mysterious' and later told Ichigo that she believed there was more to him underneath. Moe then decided to make Ryō a bento.
Moe brought her bento to Ryō while Miwa brought her gift for Keiichiro, but they were too busy with their search for mew aqua and ran off. Ichigo scolded them for being insensitive and Moe decided to leave his bento by the cash register. Ichigo tried to cheer Moe up but she replied that she already understood that she had been rejected. She and Miwa were then attacked by the aliens and had her spirit drained. After Ichigo defeated it, she and Miwa woke up in a bed in Cafe Mew Mew. Ryō said that he found a bento by the cash register and ate it. Moe became embarrassed because she believed that her cooking was bad but Ryō replied that it was delicious before walking out. Moe decided that she was too young for Ryō and asked him if she could instead start his fan club, to which he replied that she could do whatever she wants.

RyoMoe is not a very popular ship in the Tokyo Mew Mew fandom. This is due to their age difference and the fact that the two only met in the original anime. Some fans still found their interactions to be adorable and were secretly rooting for Moe and Miwa throughout the episode. Fans noted that Ryō's aloof behavior was typical of his personality and that Moe saw through that and was even more attracted to him. RyoMoe most commonly rivals the IchiRyo and RetaRyo pairings.
