Ino can be seen staring and blushing at Sai's presence and she compliments his looks whilst talking to Sakura. Sai realized that women did not like to be told how they really looked and decided to call Ino "beautiful" instead which caused her to blush. She seemed to take an interest in him after that point. When Ino was caught in the Infinite Tsukuyomi, she dreamed about Sasuke and Sai fighting for her love.

SaiIno is the het ship between Sai and Ino from the Naruto fandom.

Canon

Ino first met Sai when their teams encountered each other during a visit to the hospital and she quickly became captivated by him due to finding him attractive. Ino can be seen staring and blushing at Sai's presence and she compliments his looks whilst talking to Sakura.
