SaiIno is a Het ship between Sai and Ino Yamanaka in the Naruto series.
Canon
Ino first met Sai when they went out to dinner as a group. Ino had a crush on Sasuke and quickly noticed that Sai was similar in appearance to him. Sai realized that women did not like to be told how they really looked and decided to call Ino "beautiful" instead which caused her to blush. She seemed to take an interest in him after that point. When Ino was caught in the Infinite Tsukuyomi, she dreamed about Sasuke and Sai fighting for her love.
One year later, Sai and Shikamaru were captured by a man named Gengo so Ino and Choji went to save them. Sai was trapped in a powerful Genjutsu but Ino managed to save him to which he was grateful. Ino and Sai were also later on a mission together in which they investigated a man similar to Sasuke. Sakura later convinced Ino to go have lunch which Sai because she knew she had feelings for him. They eventually ended up getting married and had a son named Inojin.
Fanon
SaiIno has a decent amount of popularity in the Naruto fandom but was often overlooked until it became canon. It started to become popular when Sai called Ino beautiful but dropped for a while because the two were not shown to interact for a while. However, when it was revealed that they got married and had a kid, the popularity rose again. Some fans did not expect SaiIno to happen and criticize it for the lack of development. SaiIno rivals the ShikaIno, ChoIno and SaiSaku pairings and is often shipped along with ShikaTema and SasuSaku.
Children
Inojin Yamanaka
Inojin is the son of Sai and Ino and a member of the Yamanaka Clan. He inherited Ino's blonde hair and green eyes and Sai's pale skin. Inojin is a Genin from Konoha and a member of Team Moegi along with Shikadai Nara and Chōchō Akimichi. He is rather blunt and often calls Chōchō fat. Inojin also knows some of his father's ink techniques. During the Chunin Exams, he lost against a boy named Araya.
