SamuPika is the friendship between Samus Aran and Pikachu from the Super Smash Bros. fandom.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Subspace Emissary)[]
Right when Samus gets introduced in her Zero Suit, infiltrating a Research Facility, she stumbles across a strange machine with a Pokémon trapped inside. The machine absorbs the Pokémon's electricity, causing causing it to cry out in pain, which makes Samus gasp. When the machine stops for a moment, the Pokémon Pikachu looks at Samus, crying for help. Samus is taken aback for a moment, but when the machine starts again, she wastes no time and slashes the machine with her whip. Pikachu is greatful for the rescue and helps Samus progress through the lab. Finding Samus' Power Suit, Pikachu helps Samus defeat two copies of her Power Suit, referred to as "False Samus". Triggering an alarm after defeating them, the R.O.B. Squad is alerted to their location, Samus and Pikachu quickly take a stand against them. After defeating them using her Power Suit, Samus is finally referred to as "Samus", all thanks to Pikachu, whom she shows respect towards.
But just as Samus and Pikachu think that they've found the way out, Ridley comes in out of nowhere and snatches Samus upwards, grinding her against the wall in her Power Suit. Pikachu comes to her rescue by using Thunder on Ridley, bringing him to the ground, with Samus landing as safely as she could. Ridley is not done with them yet and the two have to face off against him. Entering the Subspace Bomb Factory, Samus and Pikachu find the Ancient Minister in a room storing the Subspace Bombs. Though Samus and Pikachu prepare to fight him, he appears to be unwilling to do the same. When the Kongs and Captains (Falcon and Olimar) break into the room, all of them, including Samus and Pikachu witness the Minister's betrayal of Ganondorf, with his own squad of R.O.B.'s firing on him, revealing him to be a R.O.B. as well. The heroes have to flee when the R.O.B.'s activate all the Subspace Bombs in the room, only barely making it out on Captain Falcon's Falcon Flyer. Just as they thought they were safe, Ridley came back as Meta-Ridley, chasing after them. So Samus and Pikachu have to fight him again, this time with the assistance of their new allies, defeating him just as the whole terrain is consumed by Subspace.
Samus, Pikachu and their new allies all meet up with most of the Smash Bros. ensemble on the Halberd. When the Subspace Gunship destroys the Halberd, Samus uses her own Gunship to attack Subspace directly. Unfortunately, upon entering Subspace, Samus, Pikachu and the others are reduced to trophies by Tabuu. But they are soon rescued by the unlikely Subspace Trio and Kirby and then prepare to face off against Tabuu together.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate[]
In the "Phantom Thieves of Hearts" Spirit Battle, Zero Suit Samus and Pikachu are two of the minions. Samus represents Ann and Pikachu represents Morgana.
Fanon[]
Fans largely found the bond between Samus and Pikachu to be absolutely adorable. Many appreciate how Samus had a softer side of herself shown without undermining her badassery (unlike Other M) and Pikachu's loyalty to Samus is often seen as precious.
Even fanwork that doesn't focus on them at all often has Samus holding or cuddling Pikachu in the background.
After the release of The Mandalorian, many have compared Samus and Pikachu to Din Djarin and Grogu respectively.
