Seabunny is the femslash ship between Cris and Aubrey from the Omori fandom.

Canon

Aubrey and Cris do not interact during the events of the game. It is not clear if they know of each other. It is entirely possible that they do, given that they both live in a small town. They may also go to the same school. They are also within the same age range.

Fanon

The ship is a rarepair. This is largely due to how Cris is a rather minor character. This is also largely due to how both characters do not interact with each other at all. On Aubrey's end, the ship is largely overshadowed by Sunburn, Baseball Bat, Kimbrey and, to a lesser extent, Photobomb. Other notable rivals include Sunshine, Burnt Sunflower, Eclipse, the ship between Aubrey and Berly, Pink Popcorn, the ship between Aubrey, Kel and Kim, Sunscreen, Melted Candy, Maribrey and Graffiti. On Cris's end, the ship is largely overshadowed by Beachball and, to a lesser extent, Sunfish, Waterlily and Watercolors. Other notable rivals include Swedish Fish and Waterbread.

The ship has 7+ works on AO3. As such, it is the third most written Aubrey femslash ship on AO3, after Kimbrey and Maribrey. It is not within the top 10 written Aubrey ships on AO3. It ties with the ship between Abbi and Cris for the fifth most written Cris ship on AO3, after Beachball, Sunfish, Waterlily and Watercolors. It also ties With Abbi and Cris for the third most written Cris femslash ship on AO3.

The ship name Seabunny most likely comes from Cris's love for the ocean and Aubrey's love for bunnies. Those who support the ship do so as they believe that they look cute together. Those who do may also headcannon that Aubrey and Cris met and became friends before Cris left Faraway. Alternatively, they may also headcannon that they met and became friends after Cris returned.
