Seba Brothers is the family ship between Mafuyu Seba and Natsuki Seba from the Sakamoto Days fandom.

Manga[]
The two brothers grew up in a toxic household. They would be forced to train at the feet of the mountain, where they would encounter dangerous animals and other circumstances. In place of 'training', Natsuki would show Mafuyu his latest creations. In order to aid Mafuyu's germaphobia, he created a set of shoes with blades in the heel so he wouldn't have to fight with his hands, much to his brother's happiness.
The brothers would continue avoiding training over the next few years. Natsuki vowed to create an invisibility suit so he could escape their family and become a professional weapon maker. However, this caused a strain in the brothers' relationship, as Mafuyu was terrified of being left behind by Natsuki. As a result, the two would spend less time together.
One day, their father - who was obsessed with turning them into members of the Order - discovered Natsuki's gadgets at their hideout and beat him up in front of Mafuyu. Later that night, Mafuyu overheard their parents' conversation. Their father was planning to send him to the Al-Kamar Orphanage, a place which was notorious for torturing and killing its inhabitants. Natsuki approached them and told them he would join the facility after graduating from JCC to prevent Mafuyu from being sent there. This is what shaped Mafuyu's main goal to join Order, as he believed it would prevent his brother from sacrificing himself. However, Natsuki secretly continued his work on his invisibility suit to help him and Mafuyu escape their father eventually.
When Natsuki turned thirteen, he was sent to the JCC (Japanese Clear Creation), an academy for assassins. He would study here for four years, and would later enrol in its post-graduate course when he turned seventeen, wherein he successfully created his invisibility suit. Around the same time, he would receive an invitation for a freelance job to join Kashima's group in taking over the Okutabi Lab. Natsuki elected to take the job in order to earn money for himself and Mafuyu. However, he was ultimately unsuccessful in his kidnapping of Shin Asakura, and would be injured.
The following year, Mafuyu would later apply for JCC's entrance, to bring him one step closer of achieving his goal. However, before the regular exam, Natsuki gave him the flu, which forced him to take the transfer test. Mafuyu would successfully pass the exam alongside Shin and Nao Toramaru, among several others, but would be injured during the test and kidnapped by Slur, the mastermind behind the Lab operation, in an attempt to recruit him. Mafuyu would eventually accept his offer, as he believed it would prove a successful pathway into the Order, which could result in potentially saving Natsuki.
Meanwhile, Natsuki would soon encounter Shin at the JCC when the other man was searching for the database. While he was initially interrogated by him, Natsuki decided to give Shin some advice regarding his search. Natsuki would later receive an unusual call from Mafuyu, who was supposed to be starting at the JCC, and surmised that his brother was in some kind of trouble. Natsuki would learn that Mafuyu was kidnapped by Slur and decided to work with Shin and Akira Akao in order to retrieve his brother. He would aid them in combat against the teacher Etsuko Satoda in order to obtain information. Shin and Natsuki would join Amane and Byodo as the school was invaded by members of Slur's group. However, Natsuki elected to secretly leave them in order to confront Club Jam, who he offered to make a deal with in order to retrieve Mafuyu in exchange for the location of the database. Club Jam agrees and accompanies Natsuki to the data storage facility. Natsuki was in fact lying in order to obtain information, but Club Jam was successfully able to subdue him. Following this confrontation, Club Jam snapped Natsuki's fingers repeatedly, leaving his right hand largely useless, and offered hypnosis as a form of release from the pain. He seemingly hypnotizes Natsuki, ordering him to lead him directly to the Database. However, in actuality, Natsuki was faking being hypnotized, using the situation to pass information to Shin through telepathy in order to obtain Mafuyu's location.
At the same time, Mafuyu would discuss his brother with Toramaru. He revealed that they didn't always get along due to their four-year age difference, and that he had always thought he would end up killing Natsuki. However, he revealed his deep care for his brother, stating that no matter what, Natsuki would always be there for him.
Meanwhile, Natsuki and Shin would soon figure out Mafuyu's exact location in Bangkok. However, due to his injuries, Natsuki elected to stay behind despite his anxieties about his brother, feeling that he would likely be useless in a confrontation. Before he left, Shin vowed to Natsuki that he would bring Natsuki's little brother back alive. The two of them would remain in contact during the months following as Shin prepared to rescue Mafuyu.
Shin would soon travel to Bangkok alongside Sakamoto and Kaji in order to rescue Mafuyu. He would encounter the teenager, who he believed to have switched to Slur's side, much to his dismay. He discovered that Mafuyu had a bomb implanted in his leg by Slur, which would detonate if he died. He pleaded with Mafuyu to return with him, but Mafuyu refused, stating that this was his chance to kill a member of the Order, thus proving his ability to join them. He soon thought about Natsuki, much to Shin's confusion. Mafuyu would soon engage in combat with Osaragi, who significantly beat him up. Shin, driven by his promise to Natsuki, attempted to protect him. Mafuyu would reveal via flashback his motivations for joining the Order to Shin. Shin continued to protect the dying Mafuyu, but was overpowered.
However, Natsuki suddenly appeared, freezing Osaragi using one of his weapons. He retrieved both Shin and Mafuyu using his invisibility suit, and reunited with Kaji. The two brothers would discuss their family situation, with Mafuyu apologizing for his inability to defeat an Order member. Natsuki comforted him, stating that he would use his invisibility suit to hide them from their father. He would then extract the bomb from Mafuyu's leg. The two brothers would then escape alongside Kaji and Toramaru, wherein they would return to the JCC.
Several months later, with Asaki finally taken down, Uzuki takes over the country and gives every citizen a gun and three bullets, unleashing chaos within Japan. Shin and his allies would soon go to stop it, but he would be defeated by Uzuki, who attempted to shoot him. However, Natsuki and the rest of the JCC group, including Mafuyu, were able to hack into the guns, saving Shin. After Sakamoto was severely injured, Shin reached out to Natsuki for shelter at the JCC. Natsuki agreed, telling Shin that he owed the entirety of Sakamoto's store.
Later on, the two brothers, alongside Toramaru, Kaji and Amane, would be confronted by the Saionji twins, notorious assassins from the Kansai school. They were targeting Natsuki (and the others by association) for foiling Slur's gun plan, although the twins offered to spare their lives in exchange for revealing Sakamoto's location. They refused, and Mafuyu would be attacked by Shiina, the younger twin. The two would engage in battle, although Mafuyu was quickly overpowered. Natsuki would then step in to save his brother, stating that younger siblings were a hassle at times.
Light Novel[]
Occurs before the JCC exams.
In order to earn enough money to purchase a video game console he was interested in, Mafuyu decides to work part-time at Natsuki's crepe shop, as Tanaka was away. The two of them served customers together, although Mafuyu significantly struggled with this due to his germaphobia. He was irritated at Natsuki for not accommodating this or standing up for him with the customers, and gave his brother the cold shoulder.
The two brothers would then be attacked by a bomb terrorist. Mafuyu would attempt to fight him, but Natsuki stopped him, concerned for their safety as he noticed that the man likely had bombs attached to his heart, making it dangerous to kill him. Natsuki told Mafuyu to stall for time, and turned invisible, much to Mafuyu's surprise, as he didn't realise that Natsuki had his invisible suit yet. Mafuyu attempted to attack the man, but was defeated. The man tried to force Mafuyu to drive the car away, but Mafuyu stated he didn't have a license. However, Mafuyu was forced to wear a bomb vest as a contingency plan. Mafuyu managed to take control of the car, smashing it into a tree.
While he fought the bomber for control, Natsuki finally intervened, using his ice weapon to freeze the both of them. Natsuki then grabbed Mafuyu's frozen body, moving him to safety. However, the bomber quickly regained consciousness, so Natsuki prepared to fight him alone, much to Mafuyu's despair. However, two members of the Order, Takamura and Hyo, intervened, engaging in combat with the bomber, so the brothers were able to retreat to safety.
Mafuyu would end up becoming sick from being frozen and was rendered bedridden. However, Natsuki surprised him by purchasing the video game console he had wanted, quietly telling his brother to get better soon.
Fanon[]
Fans had predicted Mafuyu and Natsuki's biological relationship upon the former's introduction due to their same last names; this was later confirmed in the manga extras. Their relation has not been confirmed in the anime as of the first season release. It is one of the more popular familial ships within the fandom, with extensive fanart being produced of the two of them on X and Tumblr. Their relationship seems a point of interest among manga fans, resulting from both of the characters' popularity.

- Mafuyu is confirmed to be 14 years old, and Natsuki is likely 18, given that he is four years older, as confirmed throughout the manga and light novels (this was likely changed from his initial character conception, wherein he was 20). They are both 15 and 19, respectively, in the current manga
- Natsuki was born on the 2nd of July, 2003, and Mafuyu was born on the 22nd of February, 2007
