Semina is the femslash ship between Kang Mi-na and Se-mi from the Squid Game fandom.

Canon

The two have joined the mysterious killing games due to their problems in debt. They have not been shown to interact during the show and at most, would've only seen each other briefly before Mi-na dies during Red Light, Green Light. Mi-na is introduced in the third episode of the show, and doesn't appear afterwards, given that she was the first player to be killed during Red Light, Green Light. She is shown to be very feminine and an "It girl". She hasn't been shown to reciprocate Thanos' feelings when he flirted with her. Se-mi is introduced in episode 4, an episode later. Thanos approaches her similarly to how he approached Mi-na, but in similar fashion she also lacks an interest in his romantic approaches.

Mi-na and Se-mi both have been approached by Thanos and have been called "Señorita" by him. Both have also shown to not know who Thanos is, and have not shown interest in him despite his career. However, in the short time they had briefed with him, both have been shown to be respected by him. Both have also shown to stand on their ground on matters that they think they should have a say in. Despite their similarities, the two have contrasting looks, and even personalities.

Mi-na is very emotive through her actions, such as flipping her hair in Thanos' direction or showing her irritation easily like when she's concerned over her appearance as to what the players have to wear. Se-mi on the other hand is more reserved in her actions, but isn't scared to show her true feelings on any matters like when Nam-gyu is bossing Min-su around. Mi-na has long brown hair with a purple clip-in braid and wears a golden necklace. Meanwhile Se-mi has short black hair and a black neck choker. Mi-na wears golden Hoop earrings, while Se-mi wears silver small earrings and a piercing in both her nose, ears and on her lips.

Fanon

Although the pair never meets, it is a slightly popular ship within the fandom. Given that many people headcanon Se-mi to be a girl kisser, they think the two would look good together because of their contrasting choices in looks. Most fans of the ship like to assume had Mi-na survived for longer, she and Se-mi would've gotten along well despite their differences. Many people also like it given Se-mi's and Mi-na's lack of interest in Thanos when he flirted with them. People enjoy the possible dynamics that they imagine between the two, as Se-mi is seen more of a cool Tomboy who can stand up for other people while Mi-na is seen to be a Girly girl who is ready to stand on her business.

It's commonly believed that if Mi-na haven't died, then she could've been a part of Thanos Team, though, she's still included as an honor member. Fans, with this in mind, like to imagine some scenarios where Se-mi, unintentionally or not, wins Mi-na's heart despite Thanos' attempts at flirting.

On TikTok edits, besides Hyun-ju and Sae-byeok, they are often considered to be one of the prettiest female characters in the show. This might be another reason as to why the two are shipped because people think they would be a power couple.

The ship's main rivals are ForkBee and Seminsu. It is commonly shipped alognside Thangyu and Gyeongmin.
