SeraSpear is the femslash ship between Sera and Lute.
Canon[]
Sera and Lute are angels of Heaven, with Sera as the head Seraphim and Lute an exorcist under Adam's command (before his death in "The Show Must Go On"). Making Sera Lute's superior and the one who allowed Lute and her exorcist sisters to purge Hell's sinners, while keeping it a secret from the rest of Heaven. Lute's respect for Sera's position and authority as a Seraphim has her see the secrecy of the Exterminations as an important rule, as she had kept Adam from mentioning it in public. Sera on the other hand isn't fund of Lute's blood thirsty tendencies, and has regrets of agreeing to the decision of having Hell's sinners killed yearly. Though both of them see the Exterminations as essential to the safety of Heaven.
In "Welcome to Heaven," Sera didn't inform Lute of their guests from Hell or the meeting Lucifer convinced Heaven to have for his daughter, until Lute and Adam saw them walking in Heaven's streets. After Sera summoned the two angels to her tower, to speak on the matter in private, Lute asks Sera why Charlie Morningstar and Vaggie are in Heaven, and Sera explains that their actions involving the Exterminations has brought trouble to their doorstep. With Charlie seeking to get sinners into Heaven by redeeming them through the Hazbin Hotel, something that neither Sera or Lute want. So Sera orders both Lute and Adam to keep their shared problem from getting worse. Although Lute doesn't speak much during the trial and lets Adam do the talking, Lute knew that Sera is siding with them and allows the Exterminations to continue. Despite the council witnessing a sinner improving himself after death and the fact that the Exterminations end up being exposed. Which horrified Sera, while Lute doesn't mind and is happy about it.
When Adam died in "The Show Must Go On" Lute assumed that she would have been named the new leader of the Exorcists, from being his second in command, and that Sera would side with her in making Hell pay. One month later as Lute attends the trial for the soul Sera accused for breaking into Heaven, Lute agrees with Sera's assumption of Sir Pentious and gets off topic as she tries to convince Sera to avenge Adam's death by attacking Hell; before they get a chance to do the same to them. After the Speaker of God gets Sera to see that Pentious is in fact a redeemed soul, however, Sera couldn't bring herself to look Lute in the eye. As Lute tries to remind Sera why she agreed to the extermination in the first place, but Pentious's redemption changes things and Sera was sick of having the blood of sinners on her hands. Even though it was Lute and her exorcist sisters doing the killing of them, Sera is still responsible for allowing the extermination to happen and then keeping it a secret. Then to add insult to injure, Sera stands in silence as Emily confirms Abel's statement of him being given his late father's role, shocking Lute and begins to feel that no one cares about Adam's death. When Lute began to question the Speaker and express her strong dislike of expecting a former sinner, while showing signs of having a melt down from losing Adam, Sera scolds Lute for her words and then tells her that the exterminations will no longer happen; and Pentious is now in their care. Sera did try to get Lute to see reason for their current situation, but Lute refused to listen and becomes angry at Sera.
After everyone left Lute stayed behind to speak with Sera, in hopes of getting her to see sense, but Sera didn't want to hear it. Feeling guilty of the demons she allowed to be killed, since Pentious's redemption proves that the yearly extermination didn't need to happen; now they know that there is another way. When Lute mentions her going to see Lilith, in order to have her stop Charlie on their behalf, it enraged Sera as Lute did so behind her back and scolds Lute for it. Sera then tells Lute that she'll continue to serve as lieutenant and will now be answering to Abel. Along with warning Lute that if refuses or tries to go along with her plans for revenge, it will be seen as an act of treason. While Lute's grief and feeling that no one cares has her hallucinating Adam, that acts as the devil on her shoulder, Sera wonders what they should do should Hell try to attack them. Since they now know how to kill them and although Sera did heard what Lute was saying about Hell in the hall of the Speaker, she wants to handle it another way that didn't result in blood shad.
Not long after Vox used his new weapon to destroy the barrier Sera put up to protect Heaven, Lute tries to convince Sera to strike back, but Emily and Abel saying the opposite left Sera overwhelmed. After Sera returned from praying and was ready to address the matter with a clear head, Lute becomes pleased when Sera tells her to prepare the tropes. Though before Lute could leave the hall and get the tropes ready, however, Sera decides to have faith in Hell and gives Emily permission to help Charlie stop Vox before he can unleash his war. This angered Lute as she sees Sera choosing Emily and Hell over her and Heaven. While failing to see that Sera made those choices as part of her atonement.

SeraSpear is one of the rarepairs in the Hazbin Hotel fandom, with it being overshadowed by GuitarSpear and the fact they only had one very brief interaction in season one, before the second season aired and provided the ship with other interactions between them. It is also one of the rare few ships between the show's angel characters, with the Hellaverse mostly focusing on its demonic characters.
Due to Lute's strong hatred towards Hell, while Sera fears Hell and was shocked to see a sinner ascend into Heaven, it sparked theories of the two teaming up to keep any other redeemed souls from entering Heaven. As that was the impression some people got after season one ended. Though another group felt that they'll be on opposite sides, with Sera caring deeply for Emily, who is one the side of Charlie's ideologies, and Lute being against it would have her see Emily leading Sera away from what must be done. There for seeing Sera as misguided and possibly an enemy, for going against what they set out to do when Sera allowed the exterminations to happen.
