Seraphim Angels is the friendship between Sera and Emily from the Hazbin Hotel fandom.

Canon

Season 1

Welcome to Heaven

Sera and Emily can first be seen in Episode 6 of Hazbin Hotel. When Charlie and Vaggie arrive in heaven, Sera and Emily fly down in a flash of light. Sera then greets Charlie and introduces herself. Once she is done, Emily lets out a happy squeal and introduces herself to Charlie as well.

Sera is shown to have immense care for Emily in many scenes of the episode, as she always takes her hands and tries to protect her. She also seems sad when Emily loses trust and admiration in her. In addition, They are both seraphim angels in heaven.

During the court meeting, the two are seen sitting next to eachother. Charlie tries to prove that sinners deserve a chance to be redeemed and asks Adam what he thinks takes to get into heaven, and he quickly writes up a list. Adam then uses an orb to watch Angel Dust where he is shown doing everything on the list. Charlie, being aware of this mentions it to Adam. Unable to think of anything to use against her, he simply asks why Angel Dust isn't in heaven as a result. However, Sera also denies Charlie's request. Emily pleads her to give him a second chance, starting the song "You Didn't Know".

Emily angrily flies away from Sera

In the song, everyone is arguing over Charlie's idea. When Adam talks about exterminating the demons, Emily finally realizes what's been happening. She looks disappointed and asks Sera if she knew. Sera explains that she was only trying to protect and save her, but Emily starts to regret admiring her and angrily says she doesn't need protection.

Emily helps Charlie fly onto Adam's orb, and they sing about how heaven is a lie. Sera is worried about Emily and gently calls out her name, but she continues. Everyone is now fighting, and Sera reaches out for Emily's hand but she refuses and flies away again.

Emily later says that there is no reason to exterminate demons because they are human souls. Hearing this, Sera gets slightly frustrated and responds by saying that the demons were uprising and she needs to protect their people as the head Seraphim. She goes on to mention that Emily's position is to keep the people happy but Emily has no will to do so after finding out about angels exterminating demons. Sera insists that heaven needs the two of them and asks for Emily to let her worry about it due to her fear that Emily would become a fallen angel like Lucifer. She then kisses her on the forehead before leaving.

The Show Must Go On

After Adam has been defeated and Sir Pentious is dead, Sera and Emily are seen sitting at a table in heaven. This scene somewhat implies that they made up since they're sitting together. Sir Pentious then gets teleported to heaven with an angel-like appearance, showing that sinners can be redeemed. Emily is excited about this as she always supported the idea of sinners getting into heaven, but Sera is shocked.

Fanon

Fans in the Hazbin Hotel fandom seem to like Sera and Emily's genuine bond and care for eachother, although it is still a less popular friendship pairing. Most people view them as having a mother-daughter or sibling-like relationship. There have also been numerous posts discussing their similar color palattes and designs. This pair is especially loved for their dynamic, opposed to Sera being the responsible older sister and Emily being the younger happy-go-lucky sister.
