Sethrika is the het ship between Eirika and Seth from the Fire Emblem fandom.
Canon[]
Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones[]
Eirika is the princess of Renais, with Seth being a General of the same as well as Eirika's guardian. When Grado attacks Renais, Seth is ordered to take Eirika and flee only for them to be caught by Valter, who badly wounds Seth. The two then set out to search for Eirika's twin brother Ephraim only to be led into a trap before they can succeed.
If the player chooses to follow Ephraim during the route split, Seth will go with Ephraim and watch over him at Eirika's request. If the player follows Eirika, Seth stays with her. Seth is very protective of Eirika due to her being a novice at combat thrust into a war, but he also has respect for her and listens to her opinions easily.
Their support conversations revolve around Eirika's concern for Seth, as his wound from Valter did not heal perfectly and still causes him pain. Seth becomes concerned about Eirika constantly paying special attention to him and tells her it's not right for a Queen to favor one subject over another, but Eirika persists. In their A support, both confess they wished to run away together as they fled Renais, but they must hold to their duties as a future Queen and her knight.
If Eirika and Seth archived an A support by the end of the game, they will marry. Their ending states that their marriage was approved by King Ephraim and that the tale of a Princess and her loyal knight became the most beloved romance in all of Renais.
Seth canonically has feelings for Eirika, but Eirika's are ambiguous as she has other husband choices. Seth can also marry the cleric Natasha.
Fire Emblem Heroes[]
Eirika and Seth are two of the Heroes that the player can summon separately via the Breidablik to help Alfonse and his sister Sharena defending their kingdom Askr from the Emblian Empire. As in their original game, Eirika and Seth can develop a bond via support and marry, though the supports do not feature dialogue.
Eirika and Seth both received a summer variant released with the "Taken by the Tide" focus in late Summer 2022, though Seth's was instead available in the Tempest Trial released alongside it. In the associated paralogue, the two of them - as well as Lyon - went to the beach for a vacation, with Seth worrying for the princess' safety. Eirika noted that they were there for vacation and that she could handle herself before proceeding to take a swim. After noticing Eirika had already swam quite a distance away from the beach, Seth decided to follow her while Lyon waited for them. Seth eventually caught up with Eirika and the two walked back to a waiting Lyon.
Fanon[]
Sethrika is the most popular het ship for both Eirika and Seth. This popularity can be explained by the fact that Eirika is a main character and Seth is one of he most popular character of the game. Another factor is that Eirika and Seth are the two first playable characters and the players can start to make them develops support since the first map. The fact that Seth and Eirika share a lot of screen time during the main story also help to the popularity of the ship.
Many fanarts show Eirika with Seth on his horse. Some fanworks take place after the war while other take place during Eirika's adventure with Seth supporting her, or Eirika looking after him.
The pairing had an intense rivalry with Eirika/Innes, and a more peafecul relationship with small frictions with Salerica fans, another popular ship. Some Seth/Eirika fans were not fond of her supports with Innes and didn't portray him very well in fanfics, which led to Eirika/Innes shippers lashing back by calling Seth "creepy" and his relationship with Eirika "problematic" due to his protectiveness over her. Such ship wars have died down in recent years, however.
