ShadowSugar is the het ship between Shadow Milk Cookie and Eternal Sugar Cookie from the Cookie Run fandom.
Canon[]
Being Beast Cookies, Shadow Milk Cookie and Eternal Sugar Cookie are allies and colleagues. They are similar yet reflective of each other.
Deceit plays a big role in their respective episodes. Shadow Milk Cookie lies to confuse Cookies and he eventually would drop his theatrical act to harm or startle his targets. He lies simply for the love of the game, but his lies hold some truth in them. His goal is to create a world of chaos and confusion where no one can tell what's true or false. He's a gaslighter of sorts and his lies are often overt. He makes it very obvious that he's evil.
In contrast, Eternal Sugar Cookie lies to fool Cookies into believing something that isn't. She wants her targets to believe she's a genuinely nice person who is only trying to help those who are suffering--she's a "wolf in sheep's clothing" (Hollyberry didn't even figure out she was a Beast at first). Her lies are subtle and, from her perspective, for the greater good--for Cookies to be happy and pain-free forever. She doesn't want her targets to figure out she's lying so they could remain happy in her Garden forever and never desire to leave. She's a love-bomber of sorts and and she seems genuinely concerned for her targets.
As for them lying to themselves, Shadow Milk Cookie knows he's corrupted and a Beast and embraces evil wholeheartedly but vehemently denies that he is lonely. Eternal Sugar Cookie on the other hand, genuinely believes that she's the only Beast who hasn't been corrupted and was unjustly imprisoned in the Silver Tree, and still considers herself the Bringer of Happiness.
While all the Beasts show interest towards their Ancient counterparts, Shadow Milk Cookie and Eternal Sugar Cookie are the only ones interested in getting their respective Ancient to join their side. The main difference is that Eternal Sugar Cookie had always wanted to help Hollyberry Cookie and get her to stay in her Paradise forever, while Shadow Milk Cookie gradually became more interested with Pure Vanilla Cookie the longer he interacted with him as the Truthless Recluse.
They're both control freaks--when Eternal Sugar Cookie loses control, she shows her fury gracefully and subtly. When Shadow Milk Cookie loses control, he flies off the handle. They're the only Beasts shown to be capable of flight. Shadow Milk Cookie flies using magic, while Eternal Sugar Cookie uses her wings. Shadow Milk Cookie's overarching colors are blue, black, and gold. Eternal Sugar Cookie's overarching colors are pink, white, and silver. Shadow Milk Cookie and Eternal Sugar Cookie both use snake, eye, and demonic motifs. Shadow Milk Cookie's motifs are overt while Eternal Sugar Cookie's is more subtle.
Shadow Milk Cookie and Eternal Sugar Cookie both found out the cruel truth of the world they couldn't accept so they created their own "paradises". Shadow Milk Cookie's in a metaphorical sense--he's seen how Cookies preferred comforting lies rather than the cruel truth, which led to his corruption, and seeks to create a world where truths and lies can't be told apart. Eternal Sugar Cookie's in a literal sense--she's seen how Cookies' happiness is fragile and fleeting because they suffered more than they rejoiced, which led to her corruption, and created the Garden of Delights where there is no pain and suffering and if Cookies were to leave her Garden, she'd have them attacked by monsters so they would be forced back.
Shadow Milk Cookie and Eternal Sugar Cookie's domains are also relatively close to each other on the Beast-Yeast map.

In Episode 9, Garden of Sweet Delights, at one point in a cutscene, Eternal Sugar Cookie tells Hollyberry Cookie that among her allies, there is one of many words--Shadow Milk Cookie. Trickster that he is, he mentioned to her a special name for their kind, the Beasts.
In Episode 10, Battlefield of Passion, at one point in a cutscene, Pavlova Cookie informs Eternal Sugar Cookie that a Cookie has arrived for the berries of the Heart. Eternal Sugar Cookie says that a serpent slithered into the Garden, and tells Hollyberry Cookie that she has to tend to some other matters and to rest until she returns.
In another cutscene, upon arriving at the Sour Berry Forest, Eternal Sugar Cookie encounters Shadow Milk Cookie, having shapeshifted into a woman aptly named "Lady in Azure". She asks him what brings him here to her Garden, wondering if he seeks Happiness from her. Shadow Milk Cookie, in a female voice, laughs and tells her not to be silly and that that berry from the Heart of her Garden must be in season as he hoped to gather some berries for his struggling student. Seeing right through his disguise, Eternal Sugar Cookie asks him why he's here and that his disguise scares her sweetlings. Shadow Milk Cookie thanks her and takes her words as a compliment for his acting. She relents and tells him to enjoy the plentifulness of her Garden but warns him that she won't tolerate any of his tricks. Shadow Milk Cookie asks her what happened to the "gracious hostess" he once knew and that will she shun him so coldly after all they've been through together. Eternal Sugar Cookie replies that's exactly why she's warning him as he'd always sprinkle a dash of deception and make sure everything flows to his advantage. He feigns ignorance as he says that he has no idea what she's talking about, but then smirks as he asks her if she means the times when he turned her Sugar Angel into a jester and made them jump over fiery coals, and when he spread a rumor about how her Garden exists at a bottom of a cliff and nudged a foolish Cookie ever so slightly toward their demise. Eternal Sugar Cookie says yes and tells him that she'd appreciate it if he left her Garden at once along with his mask of false innocence.
Shadow Milk Cookie says that Eternal Sugar Cookie's being so harsh and asks her what's life without a little beastly entertainment, and she replies that they both know he always acts for only his benefit, before requesting that he leaves as her "other half", Hollyberry Cookie, awaits her. Shadow Milk Cookie laughs and says that they must be enjoying each other's company but tells her to ease up on Hollyberry Cookie. She's confused by this, and he explains that "obsessive love" can be stifling and that if she keeps suffocating Hollyberry Cookie, she'll run away. She laughs and says that that won't happen as they're like two sugar cubes in a jar, and that she left her Garden but returned back to her arms. Shadow Milk Cookie advises her to keep a close eye on Hollyberry Cookie as a Cookie's heart is fickle and can change in a heartbeat. She says that he's wrong and that Hollyberry Cookie is hers forever. Amused by this, he tells her to look at her all lovey-dovey and that it makes him want to keep teasing her, before transforming into a snake and laughing and slithering away. Eternal Sugar Cookie, to herself, calls Shadow Milk Cookie a "nuisance" and says that her precious time was wasted.

Fanon[]
ShadowSugar is a popular ship in the Cookie Run: Kingdom fandom. Some shippers call this pairing TV Girl due to their colors, Shadow Milk being mostly blue and Eternal Sugar mostly pink, referencing said band's Who Really Cares album cover. Others like this ship due to their potential dynamic and contrasting personalities and appearances.

Theories[]
It is a fairly popular headcanon and/or theory that Black Sapphire Cookie, is the "child" of Eternal Sugar and Shadow Milk due to him being a poisonous element cookie, having wings highly reminiscent of Eternal Sugar's wings and being purple, as pink and blue mix to make purple.
A lesser common thought is that alongside Black Sapphire Cookie being inspired by Sapphire grapes, Eternal Sugar cookie also seems to have an association with grapes and can be seen in her decor, chapter 9 background and official artwork.
It is said that when you invert the colors of Eternal Sugar and Shadow Milk, the colors are similar to or same as PureLily, which is semi-canon.
It is also said that Eternal Sugar may be inspired by Lilith, the she-demon in Mesopotamian and Jewish mythology due to a few reasons meanwhile Shadow Milk has been inspired by Satan/Lucifer - Samael, the husband of Lilith, is inherently known to be Satan / The original "first name" of Satan before he fell from grace. Lilith and Samael/Lucifer are said to be the inverse, evil parallel or opposite of Adam and Eve. Pure Vanilla cookie and White Lily cookie being somewhat metaphorical for/or even possibly inspired by Adam and Eve, this would align with the fact that once inverting the colors of Shadow Milk and Eternal Sugar cookie, the colors are the same as Pure vanilla and White Lily cookie.
Eternal Sugar cookie was previously revered as the Sugar of Happiness, still considering herself as such and Shadow Milk cookie being a jester who enjoys it when others laugh at his jokes, it is believed that this makes them compatible or connected in a way.
It is believed that the snakes in the 3D trailer of Eternal Sugar cookie have an association with Shadow Milk Cookie due to the colors being either blue and white or pink and blue, as well as the fact that they are snakes, considering one of Shadow Milk's primary motifs.
After the scene of Eternal Sugar cookie holding a baby and turning to a blue hue, a pattern highly reminiscent of Shadow Milk's assets appears.
Pink and blue ice cream in the Blue Yogurt Academy
In the Blue Yogurt Academy, two scoops of blue and pink ice cream is set on a table. Considering the fact that Shadow Milk's primary ingredient is milk and Eternal Sugar's primary ingredient is sugar, it supposedly makes ice cream. As well as Shadow Milk being the founder of the Blue Yogurt Academy, some people believe there may be a connection.
In Spire of Shadows there are blue sheep smelling and/or coming near pink flowers, some people believe this may also be a hint at a connection.
It is thought that Shadow Milk's female form in concept artwork is mildly reminiscent to Eternal Sugar.
Both have swan-inspired enemies, Shadow Milk has the Harp Of Lies meanwhile Eternal Sugar cookie has the Lovely Whipped Cream Swan, Shadow Milk's swan being harp-related and Eternal Sugar's swan having blue eyes and being made out of cream (which is primarily milk) some believe this may also have a connection.
In the 3D trailer of Eternal Sugar, it features blue blueberry-like pods with baby-like cookies inside. It is thought that this may have association with Shadow Milk due to the blueberry motif.
In Eternal Sugar's Eternal Pass, one of the rewards is a Watching Juice pond, which is an ominously eye-shaped pond with pink liquid and blue flowers. The description of the pond states the following:
“An almond-shaped pond where grape juice bubbles endlessly from its depths. Something about the small leaf gently swaying at its center makes it look strangely like someone's eye, always watching. But has any Cookie ever had eyes like this? There is a fleeting memory from the distant past-someone's passing glimpse into an ancient oven... but who wants to dwell on that? Forget the weird pond-let's get some sleep!”
Some believe this may or may not have a correlation with Shadow Milk cookie.
In Gallery 2 of the Guild Museum's hall of magic, the relics are Blueberry Yogurt Academy themed. One of the relics is a Suspicious Love Potion which is akin to Eternal Sugar's / Hollyberry Cookie's Soul Jam and Eternal Sugar's nature. This is more far-fetched than other theories.

- In the second teaser trailer for awakened Hollyberry Cookie posted on the official Cookie Run: Kingdom Youtube channel, a brief glimpse of Shadow Milk Cookie (albeit shapeshifted into a woman) can be seen in the title screen. This implies that Shadow Milk Cookie disguised himself as a woman in order to get into Eternal Sugar Cookie's Garden.[1]
