Shellvision is the femslash ship between Shelly and Vee from the Dandy's World fandom.
Canon[]
Shelly and Vee are both playable characters in Dandy's World. Shelly and Vee can interact with each other in the elevator if there are two players playing as them. Currently, they have only two interactions. They both are main characters who have one of the best stats for extracting machines. Shelly has a 5 stars Skill Check while Vee has 5 stars in Extraction Speed. They both also help other toons with their abilities, Shelly boosts another players extraction speed by 75% for 15 seconds while Vee shows other players the twisteds location for 5 seconds. Shelly is an Ammonite Shell while Vee is a TV screen.
In their first interaction, Shelly asks Vee if she wants to hear some dinosaur facts. Vee denies the offer, saying that she already knows all of them due to them being programmed in her. Shelly slightly feels embarrassed afterward. In their second interaction, Vee asks Shelly if she's busy, which leaves Shelly temporarily shocked. Shelly tells Vee that she isn't busy at all. Vee tells her that she just needs help moving around supplies. Shelly accepts with hesitance.
They both appear in one of the photos that are scattered throughout the game, where they are together with Sprout. Shelly seems to be talking about something while reading a book, with Sprout and Vee listening to her. The picture seemed to be taken during 1988 and the comment on it states, "They're settling in well! :)". As well as, a poster where the two appear together with Flutter in the background. The poster is about the future and the past as it's called, "Vee and Shelly in Past and Future". Supposedly, Vee represents the Future while Shelly represents the Past.

Fanon[]
Shellvision is a very popular ship in the Dandy's World fandom and the most popular femslash ship respectively. Usually when playing the game people like to roleplay as both of them. The ship appeared because of the Past and Future poster due to the two holding hands on the cover. This might've also had to do with how different the two are, as they are supposed to represent different times but also are different in their personalities. Vee is a TV screen representing the 'Future', meanwhile Shelly is an Ammonite Shell representing the 'Past'. Vee is more straightforward and might come off as 'rude' when talking to others, while Shelly seems to be more kind and likes to help others.
Some people also started shipping them because of their interaction where Vee asks Shelly to move around supplies. Fanworks, because of this dialogue, sometimes like to show Vee who wants to spend more time with Shelly by asking her for help. Their other dialogue where Shelly wants to tell Vee about more dinosaur facts, has also been a reason for their ship. This dialogue has been interpreted in various ways by the fans of the game, including the shippers. One of the most popular interpretations of this dialogue for the ship is that Vee just wanted to impress Shelly that she knows so much, but instead came off as arrogant. This has spawned some fanworks where fans like to show Vee trying to impress Shelly with her knowledge, or instead where Vee chooses to listen to Shelly talk about her interests even with her vast knowledge of said topics.
Their most notable rival ships include FossilCleaning, Moonshell, Brightvision and Veestro, but Shellvision still remains the most popular out of five. It is often paired alongside other popular ships in the fandom, such as Fruitcake and Moonflower. Rarely, it's also paired with the other ship between main toons, Moonberry. Sometimes the two toons are also shipped with Tisha which results in CleaningBrowserHistory.
On AO3, Shellvision has 500+ works under its romantic tag and 140+ works in the platonic tag. It is the most written ship for both Shelly and Vee and the second most written ship on Dandy's World tag.
