Shelly Fossilian, more commonly referred to as just Shelly, is a character from Dandy's World.
Character[]
Toon[]
Shelly is a non-event Main Character that can be purchased in Dandy's shop for 4250 Ichor, 100% Research on her Twisted counterpart, and having all Mastery Quests on Tisha completed. Shelly possesses five star skill check, three star extraction speed, stealth, and movement speed, as well as two star stamina. As a Main Character, she only has two hearts instead of three,
On runs, Shelly has an active ability called "Inspiration" with a 60 second cooldown that allows her to boost a selected Toon's extraction speed by 75%. Additionally, she also has a passive ability called "Problem Solver" that makes her gain 25% movement speed for 10 seconds when any machine is completed.
Twisted[]
Overtaken by Ichor, Twisted Shelly's goal is to kill all players. Upon spotting a Toon, she will chase after them. When a player is near Shelly, they will get the confused debuff (-25 extraction speed) even if she is on the other side of a wall.
Upon getting 100% Research on Twisted Shelly, the player can claim the Trinket Participation Award. When equipped, the player's skill check chance will increase by 25%, but their skill check size will decreases by 10%.
